Track your order

We email you a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. Most UK addresses receive their order 3–7 working days after dispatch, following 1–3 working days of preparation.

If tracking has not updated for three working days, or you cannot find your confirmation email, write to bathpetsupplies.co.uk@gmail.com with your order number and we will check with the courier. You can also see your orders when you log in to your account.
