1. About us

2. These terms

These terms apply to orders placed on bathpetsupplies.co.uk by consumers in the United Kingdom. Please read them before you order. Nothing in them affects your statutory rights.

3. Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including sizes and materials where the manufacturer provides them. Images are illustrative and colours may vary slightly between screens. Please check the size, weight range and age guidance for your pet before ordering, and email us if you are unsure.

4. Prices

Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). UK delivery is free. If we make an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch to offer the correct price or cancel the order with a full refund.

5. Your order and the contract

After you order we email you an acknowledgement. The contract is formed when we dispatch your order and email you to confirm it. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or payment cannot be verified; any payment taken is then refunded in full.

6. Delivery

See our delivery policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or a person you name.

7. Cancellation and returns

You can cancel within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, subject to the exceptions in those regulations for perishable and unsealed hygiene goods. We also offer free returns within 30 days for unused items. See our returns policy.

8. Faulty goods

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

9. Safe use

Use products in line with the manufacturer’s instructions and size guidance, and supervise your pet with new toys, bedding and equipment. Our guides are general information, not veterinary or professional advice; speak to your vet about anything concerning your pet’s health.

10. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory rights. We are not liable for business losses.

12. Complaints

If you are unhappy, email us first: we reply within one working day, Monday to Friday, and most issues are resolved quickly.

13. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
