ACME Alpha 211.5 Dog Training Whistle, Turquoise, 5400Hz Long-Range Recall

The ACME Alpha 211.5 is a professional dog training whistle designed to carry a consistent recall signal over distance, with a standardized 5400Hz frequency and a 110 dBA sound rating.

• Approximately 450–500 yards of range — gives handlers a longer-distance calling option than the ACME 210.5.
• Patented sound chambers use air efficiently — produce a brighter sound for commands close by or at a distance.
• BPA-free plastic made to food-grade standards — provides a specified material for regular handling.
• All-over ergonomic grip — supports handling in different conditions and a comfortable feel in the mouth.
• Made and rigorously tested in the UK — produced by ACME specialists with more than 150 years of experience.

For training and recall, a whistle gives handlers a consistent signal to use when a spoken call may be difficult to hear across distance. The Alpha 211.5 is suited to close-range work as well as outdoor sessions where a dog may be farther from the handler.

How far can the ACME Alpha 211.5 carry a training call?

Its approximate range is 450–500 yards, longer than the ACME 210.5. The whistle is preferred for Labradors, Retrievers, Collies, Greyhounds and larger breeds, making it a choice for handlers working with these dogs over distance.

• Designed for calls at close range and farther away.
• Suitable for use with the listed larger breeds.

How does the Alpha 211.5 create its whistle sound?

ACME developed this whistle over four years in collaboration with World Champion dog trainers. Its patented sound chambers make more efficient use of air, producing a brighter sound intended to support clear commands and a more responsive dog, both nearby and at a distance.

• Pealess design: no ball and no cork.
• Standardized frequency helps a dog recognize the call when different people use a whistle of this model.

What are the whistle’s material, fit and dimensions?

The body is BPA-free plastic made to food-grade standards, with an ergonomic grip across the whistle for handling and a soft feel in the mouth. Its standardized frequency is 5400Hz, so a different colour whistle can be used by a partner, family member or dog walker while maintaining the same frequency. The whistle is weatherproof and comes in turquoise.

• Length: 3 inches (7.8 cm); width: 0.5 inches (1.3 cm); height: 0.5 inches (1.3 cm).
• Weight: 0.013 lb (6 g).

Who is the ACME Alpha 211.5 made for?

It is made for dog handlers who want a standardized whistle signal and longer reach, particularly those working with Labradors, Retrievers, Collies, Greyhounds or larger breeds. ACME makes and rigorously tests the genuine whistle in the UK, drawing on more than 150 years of specialist experience.

• 110 dBA sound rating.
