Active Pets Dog Seatbelt is an adjustable car tether designed to help restrain dogs while allowing some movement, with rip-stop nylon and an elastic bungee cord.

• Adjusts from 21–31 in (53.3–78.7 cm) — set the tether length to suit your dog and car setup.
• Fits standard car seat-belt buckles — connects with a standard vehicle buckle.
• 360° rotating clasp — lets the tether rotate as your dog moves.
• Reinforced stainless steel buckles and hooks, plus double stitching — construction details for everyday car travel.
• Designed for small, medium, large, and extra-large dogs — use it in a car, truck, or SUV.

Dogs can shift around during a drive, and sudden stops or sharp turns can cause a tether to pull. Active Pets is made to keep a dog connected in the vehicle while allowing some movement, with an elastic section intended to absorb shocks and yanks. It is designed to help limit jumping into the front seat or falling out of an open window.

How does the Active Pets Dog Seatbelt work?

The tether combines rip-stop nylon with an elastic bungee cord to provide a flexible connection between the dog and the vehicle seat-belt buckle. The elastic section is designed to absorb some of the pull caused by sudden stops and swerves, while the rotating clasp turns with your dog’s movement.

• Allows some movement while keeping the dog tethered in the vehicle.
• Designed for car journeys where sudden stops or turns may cause a sharp pull.

Will this dog seatbelt fit my dog and vehicle?

Active Pets adjusts from 21–31 in (53.3–78.7 cm) and has an attachment designed for standard car buckles. It is intended for dogs of all sizes, including small, medium, large, and extra-large dogs, and can be used in cars, trucks, and SUVs.

• Adjust the tether within its stated length range to suit your setup.
• Made for vehicles with a standard seat-belt buckle.

What materials and hardware make up the tether?

The tether uses rip-stop nylon, an elastic bungee cord, reinforced stainless steel buckles and hooks, and double stitching. Its flexible construction differs from the flat, rigid style of ordinary car tethers and is designed to provide shock-absorbing stretch.

• A 360° rotating clasp supports movement without the connection remaining fixed in one direction.
• Reinforced hardware and double stitching are part of the tether’s construction.

What movement does the tether help limit?

Active Pets is designed to let a dog move within the tether’s reach while helping keep it from jumping into the front seat or falling out of a window. The adjustable length lets you set the amount of movement within the tether’s range.

• For use as a dog car tether in a car, truck, or SUV.
• The tether is designed to keep the dog connected while travelling.

Active Pets suits dog owners who want an adjustable vehicle tether for a small, medium, large, or extra-large dog, with an elastic section and rotating clasp. It is made for keeping a dog connected while allowing some movement, rather than letting the dog roam freely through the vehicle.
