• Machine-washable fabric that maintains its shape — made for repeated recovery use.

Recovery can call for coverage that stays with a dog while they move around. This sleeve is made for post-surgery care, wound care and situations where licking or scratching needs to be discouraged. Its garment design offers an alternative to a restrictive cone, with coverage focused on the hind leg and nearby sensitive areas.

What recovery situations is this sleeve made for?

The AOFITEE Dog Recovery Sleeve for Hind Leg is intended for spay or neuter recovery, wound healing, hotspots and skin conditions. The fabric covers the surgical or affected area to help prevent licking and scratching, while the hind-leg design allows rear-leg mobility. It is also made for post-surgical care when a dog needs coverage around a recovery site.

• Suitable uses include spay and neuter recovery.
• Designed for wound care and wound healing.
• Can be used for hotspots, skin disease and discouraging licking.

How does the sleeve fit around the hind leg?

The AOFITEE Dog Recovery Sleeve for Hind Leg uses a back zipper and an oval opening at the abdomen to position coverage around sensitive areas. Its cut focuses on the hind leg rather than enclosing the dog in a bulky garment, and it is designed to leave room for rear-leg movement. The unisex design includes a modified belly cutout for male dogs, making it more convenient for them to urinate while wearing the sleeve.

• The back zipper helps secure the garment.
• The abdominal opening accommodates the male cutout.

Which size and care details should I know?

The AOFITEE Dog Recovery Sleeve for Hind Leg comes in seven sizes, from XS to 3XL, and this option is bluegrey in size S. The size range is intended to accommodate different breeds and body sizes. The sleeve is designed to cover the appropriate area around a surgical site with a little extra room for swelling; the exact fit depends on choosing a suitable size for the dog.
