Back on Track Royal Mesh Sheet Deluxe Horse Blanket, Breathable Year-Round Fly Protection

The Back on Track Royal Mesh Sheet Deluxe is a breathable, year-round horse sheet with Welltex technology in its interior lining, designed for fly protection in warm weather and layering under blankets in colder conditions.

• Designed for all-season use — offers fly protection in warmer months and works as a layering sheet in colder weather.
• Breathable mesh and Welltex-lined interior — designed to support circulation and help maintain body temperature.
• Updated, anatomical fit — includes shoulder room and hidden pleats to allow freedom of movement.
• Comfort-focused chest and withers — tightly woven chest fabric helps reduce chafing, while fleece at the withers helps prevent mane rubbing.
• Practical fastening system — double front T-buckles, crisscross surcingles and a tail cord help keep the sheet secured.

Some horses need a lightweight sheet for warmer weather, while others benefit from an extra layer beneath a blanket when temperatures drop. The Royal Mesh Sheet Deluxe is designed for both situations, as well as use before, during and after activity. Its mesh construction and body-conscious shaping bring together seasonal versatility, movement and comfort in one horse sheet.

Can the Royal Mesh Sheet Deluxe be used throughout the year?

Yes. The sheet is designed for year-round use: its breathable mesh is intended for warmer months, when it helps keep your horse cool and protected from flies, and the sheet can also be worn under blankets in colder weather. This lets it serve as a lightweight outer sheet in one season and a layering piece in another.

• Warm-weather use: designed to help keep the horse cool while providing fly protection.
• Cold-weather use: works as a sheet beneath blankets.

How does the mesh lining support comfort?

The airy mesh is paired with an interior lining featuring Welltex technology, designed to help support overall circulation and maintain an optimal body temperature before, during and after activity. A tightly woven chest area helps reduce the risk of chafing, and soft fleece at the withers adds comfort and helps prevent rubbing around the mane. These features address comfort across both the body and the areas where a sheet can rub.

• Interior Welltex technology is incorporated into the lining.
• The chest area uses tightly woven fabric.
• Soft fleece lining is positioned at the withers.

What fit and fastenings does this horse sheet have?

The updated design has a form-fitting back line, an improved fit around the neck, hidden shoulder pleats and extra room at the point of the shoulder. These shaping details are intended to give the horse better freedom of movement. For secure wear, the sheet has double front T-buckles, crisscross surcingles and a tail cord.

• Interior neck buckles allow attachment of the separate Mesh Neck Cover Deluxe.
• The sheet can be layered with the Ryolite1 Liner.

The Back on Track Royal Mesh Sheet Deluxe suits horse owners looking for one sheet for warm-season fly protection and colder-weather layering, with design details that address movement and rubbing. It combines breathable mesh, a Welltex-lined interior, an anatomical fit and practical fastenings for use before, during and after activity.
