BellyGuard Dog Surgery Recovery Suit, Stretch Cotton Onesie with Potty Access

The BellyGuard Dog Surgery Recovery Suit is a soft, stretch-fit cotton onesie designed to cover surgical wounds and help deter licking and scratching during recovery.

• A cone alternative — covers wounds while giving dogs another option for post-surgery coverage.
• Movement, eating, drinking, and sleep are not obstructed — supports everyday activities while the suit is worn.
• Head-entry design with rear snaps — slides on over the dog’s head and fastens at the back.
• Roll-up toilet access with button-secured flaps — makes potty breaks possible without removing the suit.
• Made for female dogs after spaying and male dogs after neutering — suits common surgical recovery situations.

After surgery, dogs may need coverage over wound areas while they move through their usual routines. BellyGuard is designed as a body-covering alternative to a cone, with an easy-on design and access for toilet breaks. Its soft, breathable, lightweight cotton construction is also intended to soothe antsy pups, while the stretch fit allows the suit to move with the dog.

How does the BellyGuard suit help after surgery?

The suit covers wound areas to help deter licking and scratching. Its body-suit design gives dogs an alternative to wearing a cone, and the covered fit is intended for recovery after procedures such as spaying or neutering.

• Designed for post-surgery wound coverage.
• Helps discourage licking and scratching at covered areas.

Can a dog move around and rest in the suit?

Yes. BellyGuard is designed to let a dog move, eat, drink, and sleep without obstruction. The fabric is soft, lightweight, breathable, and stretch-fit cotton, providing a flexible layer for dogs wearing it during recovery.

• Soft cotton with stretch fit.
• Lightweight and breathable construction.

How do you put it on and manage potty breaks?

Slide the suit over your dog’s head, then fasten the snaps at the rear. For a toilet break, roll up the suit and use its buttons to secure the flaps, giving access without taking the garment off.

• Rear snaps close the suit after it is pulled on.
• Buttons hold the rolled-up flaps in place for potty breaks.

Which dogs is this recovery onesie made for?

BellyGuard is intended for female dogs recovering after spaying and male dogs recovering after neutering. The same body-suit design provides post-surgery coverage for both female and male dogs; the product details do not provide sizing measurements, so this page cannot confirm a size fit for an individual dog.

• For female dogs after spaying.
• For male dogs after neutering.

This suit is suited to dog owners looking for a cotton, body-covering option during recovery that still allows routine movement, meals, drinks, sleep, and toilet breaks. It is designed for post-surgery coverage rather than as a general-purpose garment, with a stretch-fit cotton body and practical rear fastening.
