BioTurf BioS+ Pet Odour Eliminator Concentrate, 946 ml Enzyme Formula

BioTurf BioS+ is a bio-enzymatic odor eliminator concentrate made to neutralize dog urine, feces, and organic-waste odors in a 32 fl oz (946 mL) bottle.

• Concentrated formula makes multiple gallons of cleaning solution — one bottle supports multiple treatments.
• Active enzymes digest odor sources instead of masking smells — targets ammonia and organic waste.
• For artificial grass, lawns, gravel, concrete, and kennels — use it across common outdoor pet areas.
• Plant-based, non-toxic formula — safe around pets and playing children immediately after use.
• Apply every 2 to 4 weeks — adjust frequency for high-traffic areas and heavy rain.

Pet waste can leave persistent odors in outdoor spaces where dogs play and relieve themselves. BioS+ is made for those areas, including residential yards and professional doggy daycares, and can also be diluted for selected indoor cleaning jobs. Its enzyme-based approach targets the source of the smell, making it useful for routine yard care and odor cleanup.

What odors does BioS+ target, and where can I use it?

BioS+ uses active enzymes to digest odor sources from dog urine, feces, and organic waste, including ammonia. The formula is suitable for artificial grass, real grass lawns, gravel dog runs, concrete patios, and kennels, and is intended to neutralize odors rather than cover them with fragrance.

• Targets smells from urine and feces.
• Designed for use on the listed outdoor surfaces without damaging their material.
• Non-toxic, plant-based ingredients will not burn lawn grass, harm garden plants, or leave sticky chemical residue on paws.

How often should I treat an outdoor area?

Spray the yard every 2 to 4 weeks, or more often in high-traffic areas used by multiple dogs. Light moisture helps activate the enzymes, while heavy rain can shorten the time between treatments; in areas with heavy rain, apply after the weather clears to help the formula penetrate the turf backing.

• Increase treatment frequency for busy, multi-dog spaces.
• Apply after heavy weather has passed.

Can I use the concentrate indoors?

Yes. Dilute BioS+ for use on indoor carpets, tile, and cat litter boxes, where it can help neutralize ammonia odors. The concentrate is also suited to outdoor cleaning, so it can serve several pet-area needs from one bottle.

• Indoor applications include carpet and tile.
• For cat litter box odors, use the diluted formula.
• BioTurf Granules are sold separately and can be paired with BioS+ spray to extend freshness between liquid treatments in severe cases.

BioTurf BioS+ suits dog owners, multi-dog households, and professional doggy daycares looking to manage waste odors across outdoor surfaces, with additional diluted uses indoors. Its enzyme-based concentrate is made for pet-waste odor control rather than simply masking smells.
