California Costumes UPS Pal Dog Costume, Medium Courier Outfit with Box and Visor

California Costumes UPS Pal is a medium dog courier costume for dress-up, with a stuffed-belly shirt and a printed box that attaches to its stuffed arms.

• Medium fit: 16-inch length, 20–24-inch chest and 14–16-inch neck — gives you measurements to compare with your dog.
• Shirt with attached stuffed arms and pant sleeves — creates the courier costume look.
• Printed cardboard box sheet — cut out and assemble the costume’s box.
• Box fastens to the stuffed hands with hook-and-loop closures — keeps the box attached to the costume.
• Visor with elastic strap — completes the outfit with a wearable cap.

This dog costume is made for turning a pet into a canine courier for dress-up occasions and themed photos. Its shirt, sleeves, arms, cap and box sheet make up a coordinated outfit, while the stated Medium measurements help you assess fit before choosing it. The box requires cutting and assembly, so allow time to prepare that piece before dressing your dog.

What comes with the California Costumes UPS Pal costume?

The costume includes a shirt with attached stuffed arms, pant sleeves, a visor and a printed cardboard box sheet. The shirt has a stuffed belly, and hook-and-loop closures run down its back. Together, these pieces create the courier-inspired appearance without relying on a separate box worn on the dog’s back.

The visor has an elastic strap. The shirt’s attached arms have fasteners, and the box connects to the stuffed hands with hook-and-loop fasteners. The box is supplied as a printed sheet rather than a ready-assembled piece, so it needs to be cut out and assembled.

• Shirt: stuffed belly and back closures.
• Arms: stuffed and attached to the shirt.
• Headwear: visor with elastic strap.
• Box: printed cardboard cutout sheet; assembly required.

How does the box attach, and is assembly needed?

Yes, the cardboard box needs to be cut from its printed sheet and assembled; once ready, it attaches to the costume’s stuffed hands with hook-and-loop fasteners. The stuffed arms also have fasteners, and the shirt closes down the back with hook-and-loop closures. These fastening details connect the box and help secure the shirt as part of the costume.

Plan to prepare the box sheet before use: it is not a finished box when supplied. The stated assembly requirement is for the cardboard cutout, while the box-to-hand connection uses the fasteners already included on the costume. The visor uses an elastic strap rather than the shirt’s back closure.

• Cut out and assemble the printed cardboard sheet.
• Attach the assembled box to the stuffed hands using the fasteners.
• Use the shirt’s back closures and the visor’s elastic strap.

Will the Medium size fit my dog?

Medium is specified for a 16-inch (40.6 cm) length, a 20–24-inch (50.8–61 cm) chest and a 14–16-inch (35.6–40.6 cm) neck. Measure your dog and compare each measurement with these limits to assess the fit. The chest and neck ranges provide the stated sizing guidance; the costume is not presented as a one-size garment.

For the most useful comparison, measure the corresponding areas on your dog rather than relying on breed or weight alone, since the sizing information is given in body measurements. Choose this size when your dog’s measurements align with the listed Medium dimensions. This helps you judge fit using the actual length, chest and neck figures.

• Length: 16 inches (40.6 cm).
• Chest: 20–24 inches (50.8–61 cm).
• Neck: 14–16 inches (35.6–40.6 cm).

The California Costumes UPS Pal is suited to owners looking for a coordinated courier-themed outfit for a dog whose measurements match the Medium range. Its defining details are a stuffed-belly shirt with attached arms, a visor and a box that must be assembled before fastening to the hands.
