What protection and warmth does this dog coat provide?

The Carhartt dog chore coat combines a water-repellent outer shell with a quilted interior for cold, wet, and windy conditions. Its firm-hand duck canvas is 12 ounces, and triple-needle stitching reinforces the main seams. The insulated construction is warmer than a traditional dog puffer jacket.

• The collar has a corduroy lining for added warmth.
• The shell is made from firm-hand duck canvas.

How does the coat adjust and go on?

The Carhartt coat has improved neck and chest tabs and loop-lined straps at the chest and waist for an adjustable fit. A vent in the collar allows easy access and added breathability, while the tabs are designed to make putting the coat on and taking it off easier.

• Adjust the neck and chest tabs to position the coat.
• Use the loop-lined chest and waist straps to secure the fit.

Which size should I choose?

Choose the Carhartt dog chore coat by measuring your dog’s chest girth and matching it to the size range. The black Medium option fits 23–29 in (58.4–73.7 cm); the full range runs from Small to Extra Large.

• Small: 17–22 in (43.2–55.9 cm) chest girth.
• Large: 29–36 in (73.7–91.4 cm) chest girth.
• Extra Large: 36–46 in (91.4–116.8 cm) chest girth.

This coat suits active dogs whose owners want insulated, adjustable coverage for cold-weather outdoor time. Measure chest girth before choosing a size; the black Medium is made for a 23–29 in (58.4–73.7 cm) chest.
