Cat-in-the-Bag Cozy Comfort Cat Carrier, Large Charcoal, Washable Cotton with Paw Access

Cat-in-the-Bag Cozy Comfort Carrier is a soft-sided carrier for grooming, care, vet visits and travel, with a heads-out design for hands-on cat handling.

• Fits cats weighing approximately 10–19 lb (4.5–8.6 kg) and measuring 15–18 in (38.1–45.7 cm) from head base to tail base — choose a size using your cat’s body length.
• Made from 100% machine-washable cotton with a tightly woven construction — designed to resist tears and scratches from claws.
• Seat-belt pass-through and padded carry handle — secure the carrier on a car seat or carry it hands-free over your shoulder.
• Velcro front-paw ports and an unzip-open bottom — reach the front and back feet for grooming.
• Heads-out shape with a soft Velcro collar — lets your cat remain less confined during handling.

Clipping claws, giving medication, attending vet visits and traveling can involve close handling that some cats find unfamiliar. This carrier is made to support those tasks while keeping the cat’s body inside the bag and providing access to the head and paws. Cats may take different amounts of time to get comfortable with the design.

How do I choose the right size for my cat?

The Large carrier is intended for cats weighing approximately 10–19 lb (4.5–8.6 kg) with a body length of 15–18 in (38.1–45.7 cm), measured from the base of the head to the base of the tail. Body length can vary between cats of the same weight, so use the length measurement as well as weight when choosing a fit. Good to know: measure your cat from head base to tail base before selecting the Large size.

• The listed fit is for large cats within both the weight and length ranges.
• Charcoal is the colour of this version; the carrier also comes in six other shades: lavender, light blue, cobalt blue, caramel, red and green.

How does the carrier help with travel and handling?

The heads-out opening and soft Velcro collar leave the cat’s head outside the bag, while the padded handle can be used as a shoulder handle. A seat-belt pass-through secures the carrier on a car seat during travel. The design is intended to help cats feel less confined; many accept it readily, while some need time to adjust.

• The carrier is collapsible for storage between uses.
• Cat-in-the-Bag is a US-based brand with more than 26 years of industry experience.

Can I reach my cat’s paws for grooming?

Yes, the carrier provides access to the front feet through Velcro ports and to the back feet by unzipping the bottom. These openings make it possible to handle paws for nail clipping and grooming while the cat is in the bag. The carrier is also intended for medication administration and dental care.

• The cotton carrier is machine washable.
• The design is backed by a guarantee.

This Large carrier suits cat owners looking for a soft-sided option for grooming, routine care, vet visits and car travel, provided their cat fits the stated weight and body-length range. Its cotton construction, paw-access openings and seat-belt pass-through make it a carrier designed for hands-on care as well as travel.
