Setting up a first turtle habitat means planning for swimming, basking, feeding, and routine water care in a space that fits at home. Clioran brings those functions together in a compact tank intended for baby and small aquatic turtles, with a layout and included equipment designed to make everyday care more manageable.

What turtles and activities is this habitat designed for?

Clioran is designed for baby and small aquatic turtles, including red-eared sliders. Its built-in areas provide places to hide, feed, bask, swim, climb, and rest, organizing several everyday activities within one habitat.

• Tank dimensions: 10.24 x 8.66 x 17.12 in (26.01 x 22 x 43.48 cm).
• The compact footprint is intended for spaces such as desks and shelves.
• Four clear panels provide visibility around the habitat for observation at home, in classrooms, or on desks.

What equipment comes with the turtle tank?

The kit includes a UVB basking light with bulb, a pump, a net, a plant, and filtration components. The pump works with the three-layer filter to circulate water and help keep it clearer between water changes.

• For quieter operation, keep the water level more than 0.4 in (1 cm) above the filter intake.
• The included light and bulb provide the kit’s basking-light component.
• The bundled accessories give first-time keepers several setup items together.

How does the tank support water changes and everyday viewing?

A built-in drain at the base lets water flow out for partial or full changes, so routine cleaning does not require lifting and emptying the entire habitat. The raised, curved fence helps reduce escape risk, while the clear panels let you observe the turtle from multiple sides.

• The drain is built into the bottom of the tank.
• Water can be released from the base during routine maintenance.
• The raised fence and clear panels serve different purposes: helping reduce escapes and making the habitat visible from around it.

This starter kit suits keepers preparing a habitat for a baby or small aquatic turtle who want filtration, a basking light, and several everyday activity areas in one compact setup. Its capacity and dimensions make it a small-turtle habitat rather than a tank designed for large turtles.
