Cneo Dog Lift Harness for Medium and Large Dogs, Adjustable Rear Support Sling with Padded Handle

Cneo Dog Lift Harness is a rear-support sling for medium and large dogs with reduced hind-leg mobility, featuring adjustable straps and rear leg openings to assist with everyday movement.

• Designed for dogs with weak hind legs or reduced mobility — provides support during everyday movement.
• Rear leg holes, hip hook-and-loop fastening, and adjustable straps — wrap around the hind legs and abdomen.
• Breathable materials and a separate sponge handle — designed for more comfortable handling.
• Underside groove — allows urination and defecation while the harness is on.
• Recommended for medium and large breeds — choose a size using your dog’s girth.

Getting up, managing stairs, or moving between the car, sofa, and bed can be difficult for a dog with reduced mobility. This Cneo support harness is made to help caregivers assist dogs through those everyday transitions and during walks, while keeping support focused on the hindquarters.

What kinds of dogs is the Cneo lift harness designed to support?

The Cneo lift harness is intended for dogs with limited hind-leg strength or mobility, including senior and disabled dogs. Its use cases include dogs with arthritis, hip dysplasia, orthopedic injuries, or recovery needs after IVDD, TPLO, ACL, CCL, or other surgery. It is an assistance harness for movement, such as getting up and navigating stairs.

• Made for dogs that have difficulty getting up or going up and down stairs.
• Also intended for assistance during walks and everyday changes in position.

How does the harness support a dog’s hind end?

Rear leg openings position the harness around the hind legs, while hook-and-loop fastening across the hips and adjustable straps help secure it around the hind legs and abdomen. This arrangement is designed to help the harness stay in place as you assist your dog. It can be used to help a dog get into a car, onto a sofa, out of bed, or up stairs.

• Support is centered on the hind legs and abdomen.
• Suitable situations include moving around the home, getting into a car, and going for a walk.

Can a dog urinate or defecate while wearing it?

Yes. The Cneo harness has a special groove underneath that leaves room for urination and defecation without taking the harness off. This feature is designed to make outdoor use more practical when your dog needs to relieve themselves.

• The underside opening is intended for both urination and defecation.

How do I choose the right fit?

Measure your dog’s girth and use that measurement to choose a size; weight is a reference only. The harness is recommended for medium and large breeds and may not suit small dogs, puppies, or dwarf breeds. If your dog falls between two sizes, choose the smaller size for a closer fit.

• Use girth rather than weight as the primary sizing guide.
• Compare your dog’s measurement with the available size options before choosing.

This harness is suited to caregivers of medium or large dogs who need help supporting a dog with reduced hind-leg mobility during daily movement. Its rear-support fit, adjustable straps, and elimination groove make it designed for assistance at home and on walks.
