Fountain water can collect shed hair and fine particles as pets drink. This filter set is made for compatible DeftPet pet water fountains and brings replacement filters and sponges together for routine upkeep. It is suited to households that want to keep fountain water cleaner and better-tasting through multi-stage filtration, while choosing replacement timing based on the number of pets using the fountain.

What does the DeftPet fountain filter help remove?

The DeftPet filter uses activated carbon, ion exchange resin and non-woven fabric to filter hair and fine impurities from fountain water. This combination is designed to provide cleaner, better-tasting water for your pet. Its activated carbon is sealed inside the filter, helping prevent black carbon particles from floating in the water bowl.

• Three filtration materials work together in each filter.
• All materials are food-grade.

Which pet fountains are these filters compatible with?

The DeftPet Dog Water Fountain Filter fits DeftPet pet water fountains. Compatibility is specific to the fountain, so compare your fountain with the compatibility information or product images before choosing this set.

• Made for DeftPet fountains, rather than a universal fit claim.
• Confirm your fountain model matches the available compatibility information.

What comes in the DeftPet filter and sponge set?

The DeftPet set contains 12 filters and 12 sponges. The bulk supply is intended to cover 3–6 months of filter replacements, helping reduce frequent repurchasing. Each filter is individually sealed to keep it clean and effective before use.

• Replacement sponges are included with the filters.
• Individual filter seals keep each filter protected before use.

How do I prepare and replace a DeftPet filter?

Before using a DeftPet filter for the first time, soak it in clean water for 5–10 minutes and rinse it briefly. Replace the filter every 1–2 weeks; if multiple pets use the fountain, clean and replace filters more often.

• Soak before first use, then give the filter a brief rinse.
• Use a shorter cleaning and replacement interval for fountains shared by multiple pets.

This set suits pet owners with a compatible DeftPet fountain who want replacement filters and sponges on hand for ongoing water filtration. It is designed for fountain maintenance, with a regular replacement cycle and a shorter interval when several pets share the water. The set combines multi-stage filters with matching sponges for compatible DeftPet fountains.
