Devil Dog Pet Co Himalayan Yak Chews for Large Dogs, XL 6-Pack, Long-Lasting

Devil Dog Pet Co Himalayan Yak Chews are a six-pack of XL yak cheese chews made to keep large-breed dogs engaged in extended chewing sessions.

• Firm chews soften gradually with saliva — gives dogs a satisfying chew session.
• Four simple ingredients — offers a treat made from yak milk, cow milk, salt and lime juice.
• Naturally lactose free, grain free and gluten free, with no preservatives, additives or chemicals — suits owners looking for these specific recipe attributes.
• Sourced from Nepalese village cooperatives and re-inspected in a veteran-owned US facility — supports consistent size and density.
• Small chew ends can be soaked and microwaved into a puffed treat — makes use of the remaining chew.

For dogs that enjoy working on a chew, a firm texture can provide a focused activity that lasts longer than a quick snack. These XL chews are made for larger breeds and bigger jaws, with a texture that gradually softens as the dog chews. They are also designed to offer a second way to use the small remaining piece, rather than simply setting it aside.

How long does the chew keep a large dog occupied?

The XL yak cheese chew is designed for an extended chewing session, and the firm texture may keep a dog busy for hours. Saliva gradually softens the chew as the dog works on it, giving the session a changing texture. The firm surface also mechanically scrubs plaque and tartar during chewing.

• Six XL chews come in each pack.
• Made for large breeds and bigger jaws.

What is in Devil Dog Pet Co Himalayan Yak Chews?

Each chew uses four ingredients: yak milk, cow milk, salt and lime juice. The recipe is naturally lactose free, grain free and gluten free, and contains no preservatives, additives or chemicals.

• Yak milk and cow milk form the cheese chew.
• Salt and lime juice complete the four-ingredient recipe.

How do you turn the small end into a puffed treat?

When the chew becomes small, soak it in water for five minutes, then microwave it for 45–60 seconds. It puffs into a crunchy treat, creating a second way to use the chew; the puffed form is designed to address concern about a small remaining piece.

• Soak the small end in water for five minutes.
• Microwave for 45–60 seconds to make the crunchy puff.

Where are the yak chews sourced and inspected?

The chews are sourced from Nepalese village cooperatives and re-inspected at Devil Dog Pet Co’s veteran-owned facility in the USA. That second inspection is intended to support consistent size and density across the chews. Devil Dog Pet Co is veteran-owned.

• Nepalese village cooperative sourcing.
• Re-inspected at a veteran-owned US facility.

These chews suit owners looking for a firm, long-lasting treat made for large-breed dogs, with a simple four-ingredient recipe and a useful way to prepare the small end. Their XL size and intended use are tailored to bigger jaws rather than being a general-purpose chew for every dog size.
