DogBuddy Waterproof Silicone Dog Food Mat with 0.6-Inch Raised Edge

DogBuddy Dog Food Mat is a waterproof silicone mat for keeping pet food and water spills off the floor, with a 0.6-inch (1.52 cm) raised edge.

• Waterproof silicone and a raised edge — help contain spilled food and water on the mat.
• Food-grade silicone free from BPA, PVC, and phthalates, with UL third-party laboratory certification — a material choice made for pet feeding areas.
• Smooth surface — creates stronger contact with bowls to help prevent them from sliding.
• Suitable for dogs, cats, and other small animals — use it with bowls, water fountains, and automatic feeders.
• Wipe-clean, hand-washable, and dishwasher-safe — choose a cleaning method that suits the mess.

Food and water around bowls can leave floors messy, while scattered litter and drips can create cleanup in other parts of the home. DogBuddy’s mat is made for pet feeding setups and can also protect surfaces in several everyday household spots. Its flexible silicone design can be rolled up for storage when the mat is not in use.

How does the raised edge help contain spills?

The mat’s 0.6-inch (1.52 cm) raised edge helps keep spilled food and water on its surface and away from the floor. Silicone is waterproof, so spills stay on the mat rather than soaking through. For a large water spill, place a kitchen towel over the water to absorb some of it before carrying the mat to the sink.

• Raised perimeter helps contain mess from feeding and watering.
• Waterproof silicone keeps liquid from passing through the mat.
• A towel can absorb some water before you move a mat with a large spill.

Which pets and feeding equipment can use this mat?

DogBuddy Dog Food Mat is made for dogs, cats, and other small animals, and fits under pet bowls, water fountains, and automatic feeders. Its smooth surface makes stronger contact with bowls to help prevent them from sliding during use. The mat is intended for use beneath pet feeding equipment, rather than as a bowl or feeder itself.

• Use under dog or cat food and water bowls.
• Place beneath a water fountain or automatic feeder.
• Suitable for other small animals as well as dogs and cats.

How do you clean, store, and use the mat around the home?

Clean the smooth silicone surface by wiping it with a wet cloth, washing it by hand, or placing it in a dishwasher. When it is not needed under a feeding setup, roll the mat for storage. Its waterproof material and raised edge also make it useful under a sink to catch drips, by a door as a boot tray, beneath a litter box to catch scattered litter, or as a craft mat to protect a table.

• Choose a wet cloth, hand washing, or dishwasher cleaning.
• Roll the mat up for storage.
• Use it to catch sink drips, collect scattered litter, serve as a boot tray, or protect a table during crafts.

DogBuddy was established in Seattle in 2016 as a small family business focused on dogs. The company designs its products from scratch and tests them with its own dogs. This mat suits pet owners who want a waterproof surface beneath feeding equipment, with additional uses around the home; its silicone construction, raised edge, and flexible roll-up design support those everyday tasks.
