Dogcheer Shark Dog Life Jacket, Pool Blue XS Adjustable Flotation Vest with Rescue Handle

Dogcheer’s Pool Blue XS shark dog life jacket is an adjustable swim vest for buoyancy in the water, with high-density foam under the chest and neck and a built-in rescue handle.

• High-density buoyant foam under the chest and neck — designed to help keep your dog’s head above water.
• Built-in top rescue handle — gives you a handhold to lift your dog from water, a boat or a dock.
• Adjustable neck and belly straps — allow a closer fit across sizes XS–XL for dogs from 10–90 lb (4.5–40.8 kg).
• Bright Pool Blue color and shark fin — make the vest distinctive and help your dog stay visible in the water.
• Half-length design — provides flotation without bulky back coverage.

For dogs that are new to swimming or joining their people at a pool, lake, beach or on a boat, a flotation vest offers support while they paddle. Dogcheer combines buoyant foam with a lifting handle and a visible shark-inspired design, making this vest suitable for supervised water outings and swim training.

How does the Dogcheer shark life jacket support a dog in water?

Dogcheer’s life jacket uses high-density buoyant foam positioned beneath the chest and neck, where the vest is designed to help keep a dog’s head above water. The foam is made to the same standard as foam used in human life jackets. Its half-length shape concentrates flotation without covering the dog’s back with a bulky panel, while allowing room for natural paddling.

• Foam placement: beneath the chest and neck.
• Design: half-length, with no bulky back coverage.
• Intended use: swimming in pools, lakes and at the beach, as well as boating.

How do I choose the fit for my dog?

The vest has adjustable straps around the neck and belly, and the available size range runs from XS to XL for dogs weighing 10–90 lb (4.5–40.8 kg). Chest girth is the key measurement: measure around your dog just behind the front legs to guide the fit. The title variant on this page is Pool Blue, XS; the overall weight range applies across sizes, not to XS alone.

Adjusting both strap areas helps create a snug fit while leaving room for a dog to paddle and move. The design is intended to reduce slipping and chafing when properly fitted. For a useful fit check, take the chest measurement at the stated position rather than relying on weight alone.

• Adjustable areas: neck and belly.
• Fit measurement: chest girth behind the front legs.
• Available range: XS–XL.

What features help during a water outing?

A sturdy top handle provides a place to grip when lifting a dog out of the water, from a boat or off a dock. A D-ring on the vest can also serve as a leash clip. The bright color and shark fin add visibility and a playful look for pool, lake and beach days.

The handle is designed to support lifting, including for larger breeds, and can be useful while a dog learns to swim. The fin gives the vest its shark character, while the Pool Blue color contributes to its visible appearance. These details pair water support with practical handling features for outings and training.

• Top handle: a lifting point for rescue or removal from the water.
• D-ring: doubles as a leash clip.
• Shark fin: distinctive design detail.

Dogcheer’s Pool Blue XS life jacket suits dog owners looking for an adjustable flotation vest for swimming, boating and beginner swim sessions, with a lifting handle and leash-clip D-ring. Its chest-and-neck foam placement, half-length shape and behind-the-front-legs chest measurement make the fit and flotation design easy to understand.
