Doglay Dog Life Jacket with Rescue Handle, Adjustable Reflective Swim Vest

Doglay’s adjustable dog life jacket is designed to support dogs during swimming and boating, with high-buoyancy foam panels and a reinforced rescue handle.

• Bright colours and reflective strips — make your dog easier to spot in water and low-light conditions.
• High-buoyancy foam with strategically placed panels — provides buoyancy support and is designed to help keep your dog’s head above water.
• Polyester Oxford fabric and a breathable mesh underbelly — combine a durable outer fabric with a section made to drain water and dry quickly.
• Reinforced top handle and heavy-duty D-ring — give you a lifting point and a place to attach a leash.
• Six sizes, from 2XS to XL — offer adjustable sizing options for dogs from toy breeds to larger dogs.

Dogs vary in swimming ability, and even confident swimmers can tire in waves, currents or deep water. Doglay is made for supervised water activities such as pool and lake swimming, beach outings and time aboard boats or water-sport craft. Its buoyancy support and visible design can also suit puppies learning around water, older dogs and first-time or nervous swimmers.

What water activities is the Doglay life jacket made for?

Doglay is designed for swimming, boating and other outings on or near the water. Use it for pools, lakes, rivers and ocean swimming, as well as boat trips, fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking, canoeing and camping near water. The same vest can be used for hydrotherapy or gentle water exercise, including for senior dogs or dogs recovering from surgery.

Short-legged, dense-bodied and flat-faced breeds—including Bulldogs, Pugs and Dachshunds—may find swimming more difficult. Puppies may tire while learning, and older dogs may need extra buoyancy support. The jacket is also intended for dogs that feel unsure around water; its snug, adjustable fit and visible colours provide practical support as they get accustomed to swimming.

• Suitable for planned water activities from pool play to open-water outings.
• Designed for dogs of different ages and swimming experience.

How does the vest provide visibility and buoyancy?

Doglay combines high-buoyancy foam with strategically positioned buoyancy panels to support your dog in the water. The panels are designed to help keep the head above the surface; they do not make the vest a substitute for supervision. Its foam uses the same material used in premium human life jackets, while the outer fabric is high-grade polyester Oxford.

Bright colours and reflective strips help make the vest easier to see in daylight and low-light conditions. A breathable mesh panel beneath the body allows water to drain and is made to dry quickly. The lightweight design is intended for water use, including hydrotherapy and gentle exercise.

• Buoyancy panels are positioned around the vest to support your dog in water.
• The mesh underbelly is designed for drainage and quick drying.

How do you fit and handle the Doglay vest?

Choose a size using your dog’s chest girth as the key measurement, and size up if your dog falls between sizes. The vest has adjustable straps and quick-release buckles to make putting it on and taking it off easier, including with a wriggly dog.

For water entry, begin in shallow water and let a nervous dog become comfortable at its own pace. Use the reinforced handle to guide or lift your dog when needed, such as when helping them back onto a boat or dock. The heavy-duty D-ring provides a leash attachment for waterside walks or added control on deck.

• Available in six sizes, from 2XS through XL.
• Measure chest girth before selecting a size.
• The top handle is reinforced, and the vest closes with quick-release buckles.

Doglay is suited to people taking puppies, senior dogs, nervous swimmers or confident dogs on water-based outings who want buoyancy support, visibility and practical handling features in one adjustable vest. It is made for swimming and boating activities, with six size options, reflective detailing and a reinforced rescue handle.
