Doglay Dog Life Jacket with Rescue Handle, Adjustable Reflective Swim Vest

Doglay Dog Life Jacket is an adjustable flotation vest for dogs swimming, boating and water exercise, with a top rescue handle and reflective strips for visibility.

• High-buoyancy flotation material — provides buoyant support in the water.
• Bright colors and reflective strips — help make your dog easier to spot in daylight and low-light conditions.
• Top rescue handle and heavy-duty leash attachment — let you guide or lift your dog and secure a leash.
• Breathable mesh underbelly — allows water to drain and helps the vest dry quickly.
• Six sizes, from 2XS to XL — offer an adjustable fit for a range of dog sizes.

Some dogs are less confident swimmers, and puppies, senior dogs or dogs with limited mobility may need extra buoyant support around water. Doglay’s vest is made for supervised water activities including pool, lake and ocean swimming, boating, paddleboarding and kayaking. It can also be used during hydrotherapy or to help a dog get accustomed to water gradually.

What is the Doglay life jacket designed for?

It is designed to help keep dogs buoyant during swimming and water activities, while giving owners a handle for support and rescue. For dogs new to water, the flotation vest can help them become more comfortable as they acclimate at their own pace. It is also intended for gentle water exercise and hydrotherapy for older dogs or dogs with joint concerns such as arthritis or hip dysplasia.

Short-legged, dense-bodied and flat-faced breeds—including Bulldogs, Pugs and Dachshunds—can find swimming challenging. Puppies may still be developing swimming skills, while senior dogs can have reduced stamina or joint discomfort. The vest is also suitable for water outings with dogs recovering from surgery.

• Use cases include pools, rivers, lakes, oceans, beaches and water parks.
• Designed for boating and activities such as fishing, canoeing, kayaking and paddleboarding.
• For a nervous swimmer, begin in shallow water and allow time to adjust.

How does the vest provide visibility and practical support?

Bright fabric and reflective strips help you see your dog in daylight and low-light settings. A handle on top gives you a point to hold when guiding or lifting your dog, including when helping them back onto a boat or dock.

The vest combines polyester oxford, nylon and high-buoyancy flotation material, using the same material type as human life jackets. Its breathable mesh underside supports water drainage and quick drying after water play. A heavy-duty D-ring provides a place to attach a dog leash while boating or on deck.

• The design is intended for visibility on open water as well as at the beach or pool.
• The top handle makes it easier to assist your dog during water activities.
• The adjustable construction is made to accommodate different dog body shapes.

How do you choose a size and put it on?

Doglay offers six sizes from 2XS to XL, with chest girth as the key measurement for choosing a fit. Measure your dog’s chest before selecting a size; if the measurement falls between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort.

An adjustable belt and hook-and-loop fastening make the vest easier to put on and take off and allow you to adjust the fit. Check that the vest sits securely and comfortably on your dog before water activities.

• Use chest girth as the main sizing reference.
• Choose the larger size when your dog falls between sizes.
• Adjust the belt and hook-and-loop closure for the fit.

Doglay Dog Life Jacket is suited to owners taking puppies, senior dogs, nervous swimmers or dogs with limited mobility into the water, as well as dogs joining boating and paddle sports. Its buoyant construction, adjustable fastening, visibility details and rescue handle make it a practical choice for supported water activities; it is not a substitute for choosing the correct fit and staying attentive to your dog around water.
