Doglay Dog Life Jacket with Rescue Handle, Adjustable Reflective Swim Vest

The Doglay dog life jacket is an adjustable flotation vest for swimming, boating, and water exercise, with high-buoyancy material, reflective strips, and a top rescue handle.

• High-buoyancy flotation material — provides buoyant support while your dog is in the water.
• Bright colors and reflective strips — help make your dog easier to spot in daylight and low-light conditions.
• Breathable mesh underbelly — allows water to drain and helps the vest dry quickly.
• Adjustable belt and hook-and-loop fastening — let you secure the vest to your dog’s body.
• Top rescue handle and leash attachment — give you a way to guide or lift your dog and attach a leash.

Some dogs need extra support to enjoy time in the water. Puppies and first-time swimmers may be nervous or tire quickly, while senior dogs and dogs with joint problems may benefit from buoyancy during gentle water exercise. The Doglay vest is made for swimming and boating as well as activities such as kayaking, paddleboarding, and hydrotherapy.

How does the Doglay vest support a dog in water?

The vest combines high-buoyancy material with a design intended to help keep a dog afloat. Its flotation material is identified as the same type used in human life jackets. A breathable mesh panel beneath the body allows water to drain, and the vest is designed to dry quickly after use.

For a dog that is new to swimming or uneasy around water, the vest is designed to provide buoyant support while the dog gets accustomed to the water. It can also assist with hydrotherapy or gentle water exercise for older dogs and dogs with joint problems such as arthritis or hip dysplasia.

• Suitable for pool, lake, river, and ocean swimming.
• Designed for water activities including boating, fishing, beach trips, and water parks.
• Can provide support during hydrotherapy and post-surgery recovery activities.

How do I choose a size and secure the vest?

Doglay offers six sizes, from 2XS to XL, and chest girth is the key measurement for choosing a fit. Measure your dog’s chest before selecting a size; if your dog falls between sizes, choose the larger size for comfort.

The adjustable belt and hook-and-loop fastening make the vest easier to put on and take off and allow adjustment for different body shapes. A heavy-duty hook provides a leash attachment, and the top handle lets you guide or lift your dog when needed. A properly adjusted fit helps the vest stay positioned during water activities.

• Available size range: 2XS through XL.
• Use chest girth as the primary measurement when choosing a size.
• Choose the larger size when your dog is between sizes.

Where can my dog wear this life jacket?

The Doglay life jacket is intended for water settings including pools, lakes, rivers, and the ocean. Its bright color and reflective strips help with visibility around water, including in low light, while the handle can help when guiding a dog back toward a boat or dock.

It is designed for boating on boats, pontoons, kayaks, and canoes, as well as paddleboarding and other water outings. The leash attachment can help keep a dog connected while on deck. Dogs with short legs, dense bodies, or flat faces—including Bulldogs, Pugs, and Dachshunds—may find swimming more difficult; even dogs that swim well can tire in waves, currents, or deep water.

• Reflective details are intended for visibility in water and low-light conditions.
• The top handle is positioned for guiding or lifting your dog.
• The leash attachment can be used to secure your dog on deck.

The Doglay vest is suited to owners taking puppies, nervous swimmers, senior dogs, or dogs needing supported water exercise on aquatic outings. Its adjustable fit, buoyant material, visibility details, and rescue handle make it a practical choice for swimming and boating activities where a dog needs added flotation support.
