How do I apply the 16 ToeGrips?

Wet the grips in isopropyl rubbing alcohol, stabilize each toe, and press a grip onto the nail tip. Push its top and sides into place until the nail tip remains exposed, then repeat for all 16 nails. Do not apply ToeGrips to the dewclaws.

The bottom portion must stay positioned to contact the ground for traction, so do not push it up the nail. Illustrated instructions are included with the ToeGrips to show the application steps.
