For walks with a larger dog, a harness needs to fit the chest and neck while offering practical leash connection points. Measure your dog before choosing a size so the fit is based on your dog’s actual proportions.

What size dog is this harness made for?

Embark Pets designed this large dog harness for dogs with a chest girth of 33–39 inches (84–99 cm) and a neck measurement of 17–27 inches (43–69 cm). It is intended for larger dogs, including Golden Retrievers, Siberian Huskies, Labradors, German Shepherds, Akitas, Chow Chows and Giant Schnauzers. Measure your dog’s chest girth and neck, then compare those measurements with the fit range before selecting the harness.

• Longer straps provide extra room for adjustment.
• Use your dog’s measurements to guide size selection.

How does the harness support leash training?

Embark Pets No Pull Dog Harness has a front D-ring intended to promote no-pull training; attach the leash to this front clip when using that connection point. A separate back attachment offers another place to connect the leash. The harness also includes soft padding designed to protect your dog’s trachea, while its lightweight, breathable construction is made to allow free movement without rubbing or discomfort.

• Front D-ring for the no-pull training connection.
• Back attachment for an additional leash connection option.
• Soft padding and breathable construction.

What details help during walks in low light?

Embark Pets adds reflective strips around the harness for visibility in low-light conditions, including nighttime walks. Its 360° reflective trim is designed to make the harness visible from different angles. The Gel handle gives you a handhold for guiding your dog, and the stated pulling strength of the handle is up to 750 lb (340 kg).

• Reflective trim is designed for day and night visibility.
• Oxford and Military Grade Nylon materials.
• Reinforced safety clips and an adjustable harness design.
