FUAMEY Dog Recovery Sleeve with Elbow Protector, Blue Stripe XL, Cushioned Fit

FUAMEY Dog Recovery Sleeve with Elbow Protector is an XL front-leg garment designed to cushion a dog’s joints and help protect the elbow area from licking and aggravation.

• Thickened elbow area — adds cushioning where the sleeve protects.
• For medium and large dogs weighing 20 lb (9.1 kg) or more — helps you assess whether the size guidance suits your dog.
• Blue stripe design in XL — identifies this version of the recovery sleeve.
• Pull-on dressing — the dog’s head goes through first, followed by the front legs.
• Uncovered genital area — lets a dog go to the toilet while wearing the garment.

Front-leg joints have little fat and muscle, and repeated stair climbing or rubbing against the floor can leave them vulnerable to injury. This sleeve is made to provide a protective layer around the front-leg joint area, including during recovery wear and everyday routines at home or outdoors.

How does the elbow protector help?

The sleeve has a thickened elbow section that cushions the joint area. It is designed to help protect the elbows from licking and further aggravation, while the garment covers the front legs. It can be used when a dog is moving around the home or going outside, where the sleeve also helps shield the skin from dust.

• The protective area is built into the elbow position.
• The sleeve is intended for front-leg joint protection.

How do you put the recovery sleeve on?

Start by guiding your dog’s head through the garment, then place the front legs into their openings to finish dressing. This sequence provides a straightforward way to put the sleeve on. Because the garment does not cover the genitals, a dog can use the toilet without removing it.

• Put the head through before positioning the front legs.
• The uncovered underside allows toilet access while dressed.

When can a dog wear this sleeve?

FUAMEY’s sleeve is made for recovery protection and can also be worn as dog pajamas at home or outdoors to help protect skin from dust. Its use is not limited to time spent resting: the same garment can be part of a dog’s daily routine. The blue stripe XL version is intended for medium and large dogs, and it is not suitable for puppies weighing less than 20 lb (9.1 kg).

• Suitable uses include home wear and outdoor wear.
• Weight guidance excludes dogs under 20 lb (9.1 kg).

This sleeve suits owners looking for front-leg and elbow coverage for a medium or large dog, whether for recovery wear, home pajamas, or outdoor use. Its thickened elbow section, pull-on design, and uncovered genital area make it a front-leg garment that can be worn without preventing toilet access.
