FUAMEY Dog Recovery Suit After Surgery, Breathable Cotton Stretch Bodysuit

The FUAMEY Dog Recovery Suit is a soft, breathable bodysuit designed to cover dogs after surgery or childbirth, made from 95% cotton and 5% spandex for flexible wear.

• 95% cotton and 5% spandex fabric — provides a breathable, stretchy layer for your dog.
• Designed for post-operative and postpartum care — covers the body and helps prevent licking at a wound.
• Six sizes, from X-Small to XX-Large — choose a fit using your dog’s back, chest and weight.
• Flexible, lightweight design — makes it easier for dogs to eat and relieve themselves than wearing a collar.
• Machine washable with no deformation after washing — supports repeated use.

After an operation or giving birth, dogs may need a wearable layer that covers the body while allowing them to move around. FUAMEY’s recovery suit is made for care at home and for indoor or outdoor activity, with additional uses during weaning and everyday lounging.

What is the FUAMEY recovery suit designed for?

It is designed for post-operative care, including after neutering or a caesarean section, and for postpartum care after a female dog gives birth. The bodysuit covers the body to help prevent licking at a wound, and can also be used as a weaning gown. After childbirth, it provides a clothing layer intended to help keep a female dog warm.

• Suitable for post-surgery and postpartum use.
• Can be worn with a diaper for male dogs as part of urine management.
• Can also serve as home clothing for dogs.

How do I choose the right size?

Choose from six sizes using your dog’s back length, chest measurement and weight as a guide. Measure your dog and compare those measurements with the ranges below; the ranges are X-Small: back 8.3–11.4 in (21.1–29 cm), chest 12.6–15.7 in (32–39.9 cm), weight 4–7 lb (1.8–3.2 kg); Small: back 11.4–13.4 in (29–34 cm), chest 15.7–19.3 in (39.9–49 cm), weight 7–15 lb (3.2–6.8 kg); Medium: back 13.4–16.1 in (34–40.9 cm), chest 19.3–23.2 in (49–58.9 cm), weight 14–25 lb (6.4–11.3 kg).

• Large: back 16.1–20.1 in (40.9–51.1 cm), chest 23.2–27.6 in (58.9–70.1 cm), weight 23–48 lb (10.4–21.8 kg).
• X-Large: back 20.1–24.8 in (51.1–63 cm), chest 27.6–32.3 in (70.1–82 cm), weight 42–75 lb (19.1–34 kg).
• XX-Large: back 24.8–29.5 in (63–74.9 cm), chest 32.3–39.3 in (82–99.8 cm), weight 70+ lb (31.8+ kg).

How does it compare with a recovery collar?

The suit is designed to be lighter and more flexible than a collar, with a body-conforming shape that is easy to put on and take off. This design lets dogs eat and relieve themselves while wearing it without the same restriction associated with a collar.

• Stretch fabric supports freedom of movement.
• Suitable for indoor and outdoor activities; the suit helps shield the dog from dust and dirt to keep the coat cleaner.

FUAMEY’s recovery suit is suited to dog owners seeking a wearable layer for post-surgery recovery, postpartum care, weaning or home use. Its cotton-spandex fabric, six size options and flexible bodysuit design make it a practical choice for dogs that need body coverage while moving, eating and going about their routine.
