Cold, wet and windy weather can make everyday walks uncomfortable for dogs. This coat is made for chilly outdoor outings as well as indoor daily wear, combining coverage with design details intended to support comfort while your dog moves. Its range of styles also makes it suitable for seasonal occasions and regular walks.

How does the FUAMEY coat help protect a dog from cold and wet weather?

The water-resistant polyester outer layer and double-layer fleece lining provide a layer of coverage for snowy, rainy and windy conditions. The coat is designed to retain warmth, while a thick, soft plush turtleneck covers the neck against cold wind and snow. Adjustable elastic straps at the collar let you customize its tightness to help limit drafts.

• The outer fabric is water-resistant, not described as waterproof.
• The fleece lining adds a second layer inside the coat.

How does the built-in harness work, and which dogs is it suited to?

The coat has two D-rings for attaching a leash, and its built-in harness is intended for calm small dogs. For a dog that pulls or lunges, or for a medium or large dog, use a separate harness for better control and safety. The back zipper is designed to resist jamming and help avoid catching your dog’s hair while putting the coat on or taking it off.

• Reflective strips help your dog show up in low-light conditions, including during night walks.
• The elastic abdomen and thickened, pull-resistant cuffs are designed to allow movement without pressing uncomfortably.

How do I choose a size and style?

Choose from XS, S, M, L, XL, XXL or XXXL, and measure your dog’s chest and neck before selecting a size. If you are between sizes or unsure which to choose, sizing up is recommended for a more comfortable fit. The size range is intended for dogs from small breeds such as Chihuahuas, Yorkies, dachshunds and Schnauzers to larger breeds such as Labradors, Dobermans, Golden Retrievers, Bulldogs and Pitbulls.

• There are 20 color options, including solid colors, British plaid and camouflage prints.
• The styles are suited to everyday walks and seasonal occasions such as Christmas and Halloween.

For dogs that need added coverage during cold-weather walks, this coat brings together a fleece-lined, water-resistant layer, neck coverage and leash attachment points. It suits calm small dogs using the built-in harness, while dogs that pull, lunge or are medium to large are intended to wear a separate harness. Measure the chest and neck to choose among its seven sizes.
