• Overall size: 17.7 x 15.75 x 22 in (44.96 x 40.01 x 55.88 cm) — compare the footprint with the space beside your furniture.
• Supports pets weighing about 50 lb (22.68 kg) or less — a clear weight limit for choosing the right fit.
• Converts from a three-step to a two-step form — offers another stair configuration.
• Assembly kit and instructions included — provides the parts and guidance for conversion.
• For pets only; children should not climb the stairs — helps set clear expectations for household use.

When a favorite resting place is above floor level, climbing can be difficult for small pets and pets with age-related or physical mobility challenges. These stairs provide a stepped route to furniture, including sofas, chairs, recliners, and beds. Their brown finish makes the product easy to identify, while the multi-step design is made to assist pets as they get to and from elevated spots.

What furniture height can the three-step stairs reach?

The three-step version is suited to couches or chairs up to 22 in (55.88 cm) high. Furhaven also offers a four-step version that stands 29 in (73.66 cm) tall for taller sofas or beds.

• The three-step height is intended for couch and chair access.
• The taller four-step configuration is a separate available version.

Can the stairs be changed to a different step configuration?

Yes, the three-step stairs can be converted into a two-step form. The change uses the included assembly kit, and instructions are provided to guide the conversion.

• The alternate form is intended to offer another option for mobility and comfort.

What is the walking surface like for a pet?

The platforms are covered in soft faux fur, giving paws and noses a gentle surface. The plush covering is designed to make climbing more comfortable and help reduce pain while pets move between the floor and their chosen spot.

• Faux-fur lining covers the stair platforms.
• The surface is intended for contact with pets’ paws and noses.

These stairs are best suited to small, aging, or physically disabled pets that need help reaching a familiar elevated resting place, provided they weigh about 50 lb or less. They are designed for pet use, not for children to climb, and their three-step form reaches couches or chairs up to 22 in high.
