Glad Activated Carbon Puppy Training Pads, 100 Count 2-Pack, Odour Control and Leak Protection

Glad for Pets Activated Carbon Puppy Training Pads are indoor dog potty pads designed to absorb liquid, neutralize odors and help contain leaks, with six-layer protection and a 4-cup capacity per pad.

• Activated carbon odor control — helps neutralize urine and waste odors while masking yellow spots.
• Six-layer construction with reinforced edges and a leak-proof PE liner — helps protect floors from seepage.
• Up to 4 cups (946 mL) per pad, with urine turning to gel within 15 seconds — helps limit spreading and tracking.
• Built-in, odorless pheromone attractant — encourages dogs to return to the designated potty spot.
• 23 x 23 inches (58.42 x 58.42 cm) unfolded — provides a defined indoor potty area.
• 100-count, 2-pack — provides a supply for frequent use, multi-dog homes and extended training.

These pads are made for indoor potty routines where containing liquid and managing pet odors matter, including puppy training, senior dog incontinence, post-surgery care and lining a crate, carrier or kennel. A larger supply can also suit multi-dog households and homes that use pads frequently. Place one flat in the chosen potty area, and keep its edges folded to support leak containment.

How do the pads help manage odors?

Activated carbon technology helps neutralize odors from urine and waste, while the black charcoal pad surface masks yellow spots. Glad for Pets also uses micro-defensive odor resistance technology, with a formulation that helps resist odor formation on and within the pad surface. Together, these features are designed to help keep an indoor potty area fresher between pad changes, including during frequent use. The odor-control approach differs from standard white pads by pairing carbon-based odor management with a dark surface that conceals visible yellow spots.

• Activated carbon is built into the pad for odor control.
• The dark surface helps mask yellow urine spots.
• Micro-defensive odor resistance helps limit odor formation on and within the pad.

How much liquid does each pad hold, and what size is it?

Each pad holds up to 4 cups (946 mL), and its unfolded dimensions are 23 x 23 inches (58.42 x 58.42 cm). A gray quilted top sheet helps prevent liquid from spreading, while an ultra-absorbent polymer layer locks urine into gel within 15 seconds to help reduce tracking around the home. The base has a leak-proof PE liner to help protect both hard and soft floors. Folded edges add leak protection; with all four perimeter sides folded, the usable surface measures 20.5 x 23 inches (52.07 x 58.42 cm). Compare that usable area with the intended potty location when choosing where to place a pad.

• Gray quilted top sheet helps limit spreading.
• Polymer layer turns urine into gel within 15 seconds.
• Leak-proof PE liner helps prevent seepage onto floors.

How do you use the pheromone attractant?

Each pad has a built-in, odorless pheromone attractant that encourages dogs to use the same potty spot. Lay the pad flat in the selected area or crate, keeping the edges folded for added leak containment. The attractant supports a consistent location for puppies and dogs learning an indoor potty routine; the pads are also intended for indoor use by senior dogs with incontinence and for post-surgery care.

• Choose a consistent potty area and place the pad flat.
• Keep the edges folded to support leak containment.
• When soiled, fold the pad, discard it and replace it with a fresh one.

Who is the 100-count pack designed for?

It suits multi-dog homes, extended puppy training periods and senior dog incontinence management. Pads can also be used to line a crate, carrier or kennel, making them useful for several indoor care settings.
