Gooby Comfort X Head-In Dog Harness, Large Black, Neck-Conscious X-Frame

Gooby Comfort X is a black, size Large, head-in harness for small-breed dogs, designed to reduce pressure on the neck during everyday use.

• Patented X-frame chest strap — positions the harness below the usual neck area.
• Back-mounted metal D-ring — lowers the leash-pull path to reduce the chance of the harness riding up toward the neck.
• Polyester soft mesh — keeps the harness lightweight and helps keep the dog’s body cool.
• Machine-washable construction — wash in cold water and air dry for straightforward care.
• Weight estimates: Small 5–9 lb (2.3–4.1 kg), Medium 9–15 lb (4.1–6.8 kg), Large 15–20 lb (6.8–9.1 kg), and X-Large 20–30 lb (9.1–13.6 kg).

For small dogs, a harness should fit around the chest without putting the leash’s pull at the neck. The Comfort X is made for everyday use and uses a chest strap and back leash attachment to shape where the harness sits and how leash tension is directed. Its size guidance gives a starting point, while measuring your dog helps you choose a fit based on the chest rather than weight alone.

How does the Comfort X design help reduce neck pressure?

The patented X-shaped chest strap sits below the dog’s usual neck area, reducing stress pressed on the neck. A D-ring at the back lowers the pull trajectory, reducing the chance that leash tension pulls the harness upward toward the neck. The design is covered by US D823,556 S and US D850,021 S.

• The X shape is formed by the chest strap.
• The leash attachment is positioned on the back.

How do I choose the right size?

Measure around the largest part of your dog’s chest and use that measurement as the primary sizing guide. The listed weight ranges are estimates; for this Large harness, the reference range is 15–20 lb (6.8–9.1 kg). If your dog falls between sizes, choose the larger size.

• The harness is made for small-breed dogs.
• The X-Large size has a weight reference of 20–30 lb (9.1–13.6 kg), and the largest size fits dogs up to 30 lb (13.6 kg).

What is the harness made from, and how do I care for it?

The harness is made from 100% polyester soft mesh. The mesh is lightweight and designed to help keep a dog’s body cool, while its machine-washable construction supports regular cleaning.

• Machine wash in cold water.
• Air dry after washing.

The Gooby Comfort X suits small-dog owners looking for a head-in harness with a neck-conscious frame, a back leash attachment, and simple wash care for everyday use. Its fit is guided first by the measurement around the broadest part of the chest.
