How does the Gooby Fleece Dog Vest help in cold weather?

The 100% polyester fleece is designed to help keep moisture out, including from freezing rain or snow, while helping warm air stay in. Gooby makes the vest for small dogs to wear in cold weather, including winter outings and bathroom breaks.

• Fleece construction: 100% polyester.
• Lavender color in this X-Large option.

How does the vest go on, and can it attach to a leash?

The Gooby Fleece Dog Vest slips on over your dog’s head and body; it uses no zipper or Velcro closure. A back O-ring can be used to attach a leash for short winter walks, while the armholes allow room for walking and bathroom breaks. The O-ring is not recommended for dogs that pull.

• Measure your dog’s chest to choose among the five sizes.
• Choose a neck opening larger than your dog’s head for fitting.

How should I clean the Gooby Fleece Dog Vest?

The vest is machine washable and can go in the dryer, making it easier to clean after exposure to sidewalk salt, snow, or slush. Follow the care instructions for machine washing and drying.

• Machine washable.
• Suitable for the dryer.

What size and color is this Gooby vest?

This version is Lavender in X-Large. The vest is offered in five sizes and over 17 colors, so use your dog’s chest measurement and head size to guide fit rather than relying on the size name alone.

• Selected size: X-Large.
• Selected color: Lavender.

The Gooby Fleece Dog Vest suits small dogs that need a fleece layer for cold-weather outings and benefit from a quick pullover design.
