Finding a sweater that fits a dog with a distinctive body shape or a larger frame can take extra care. This fleece vest is intended for daily routines, outdoor walks, relaxed time at home, and outings where a flexible layer can add warmth without restricting movement.

How does the Gooby fleece vest fit different body shapes?

The stretch fabric is designed to adapt to your dog’s shape for a snug fit. Its flexible construction supports movement during walks and play, while the vest style is made to be easy to put on and take off. The broader sizing approach also addresses pets whose proportions can make conventional sweaters harder to fit.

• The style is designed for small dogs through larger breeds weighing over 100 lb (45.4 kg).
• It can also fit mini pigs, extending its use beyond dogs.
• Size guidance also covers small cats.

How should I choose the right size?

Measure your dog’s back length and compare it with the available size options. Also measure the head before choosing a neck opening: Gooby recommends an opening larger than your dog’s head to make the vest easier to put on. The product title identifies this version as 4X-Large.

• Use a tape measure to check back length.
• Allow enough room for the head to pass through the neck opening.
• Consider your pet’s body shape as well as its back measurement when selecting a fit.

This vest is suited to pet owners looking for a flexible fleece layer for everyday wear, especially for dogs whose size or shape calls for a considered fit. Its stretch construction, vest design, and back-length-based sizing guidance make it a practical choice for walks and indoor comfort.
