• Thick mesh coils and deep grooves — collect loose litter before it spreads across the floor.
• Textured backing — helps the mat stay in place as cats exit the litter box.
• Water-resistant construction — helps keep liquid messes from reaching floors.
• Climate Partner Certified, with a measured carbon footprint — supports initiatives that help address climate impact.
• Shake, vacuum or pour collected litter back into the box — makes litter recovery and routine cleanup straightforward.

Litter can cling to paws and scatter around the box after each visit. This mat creates a collection surface beside the litter box, helping keep stray litter and liquid messes off your floors while giving your cat a soft place to step.

How does the mat catch litter?

Thick mesh coils on the upper surface grab litter from your cat’s paws, while grooves across the top collect loose pieces. The captured litter stays on the mat until you empty or clean it, rather than being tracked directly across the floor.

• Coiled mesh forms the litter-catching surface.
• Deep grooves provide additional space to collect litter.

Will it stay in place and help protect floors?

The textured backing is designed to help keep the mat in place, including when active cats leave the litter box. Its water-resistant construction is designed to prevent liquids from passing through, helping protect floors from liquid messes; the mat also helps protect floors from scratching.

• Beige mat measures 23 x 35 inches (58.4 x 88.9 cm).
• Compare the footprint with the space beside your litter box before choosing its placement.

How do you clean it and recover litter?

Tip collected litter back into the litter box to reuse it. For loose excess, shake the mat or vacuum it; for a deeper clean, wash with mild soap and water, then always air dry.

• Collected litter can be poured back into the box.
• Deep cleaning uses mild soap and water; air drying is required.

What makes the surface comfortable for cats?

The mat’s soft surface is gentle on sensitive paws and can also serve as a spot for an afternoon cat nap. It is made with durable materials and is Climate Partner Certified; its carbon footprint has been measured, and the certification supports initiatives that help address climate impact.

• Soft feel for sensitive paws.
• Designed with sustainability in mind.

This GORILLA GRIP mat suits cat owners who want a dedicated litter-catching surface beside the box, with options to recover collected litter and clean the mat at home. Its coiled mesh, grooved top and 23 x 35 inch footprint make it a practical fit for containing litter around a cat’s litter area.
