Giving a dog medicine can be difficult when pills are hidden in human food or refused on their own. Greenies Pill Pockets are made for at-home medication routines, with a pouch that encloses a capsule and a peanut butter flavor. Their odor- and taste-masking ingredients are designed to encourage voluntary acceptance, without the mess of using peanut butter or cheese as a pill cover.

How do Greenies Pill Pockets help with medication?

Greenies Pill Pockets use natural flavor-masking ingredients to help cover the smell and taste of medication. The treat format turns the act of giving a capsule into offering a snack, and the brand says the formula helps reduce medication refusal. This is a treat for medication administration, not a medicine itself.

• Made with natural flavor-masking ingredients and trace nutrients.
• Peanut butter flavor for a treat-like medication routine.

How do you put a capsule in a Pill Pocket?

Place the medicine capsule inside a Greenies Pill Pocket, pinch the pouch closed, then offer it to your dog. The simple fill-and-close method helps keep medication covered while you serve the treat.

• Drop the capsule into the pouch.
• Pinch the opening closed before offering.
