Its low-allergen formulation avoids several common ingredients, while the soft-chew format offers an alternative to pouring liquid oil or handling capsules.

How is Tru-Krill intended to support a dog’s skin and coat?

Hanzi Pets Tru-Krill combines krill oil’s omega fatty acids with a low-allergen formula intended to help reduce shedding and support a healthier, shinier coat. The product also includes natural astaxanthin, an antioxidant associated with support for skin, eye, cellular, and cardiovascular health.

• The formula is designed around skin and coat needs, rather than serving as a general-purpose treat.
• The shedding benefit is expressed as potential support; individual results are not guaranteed.

What makes the krill oil different from fish oil?

Hanzi Pets Tru-Krill uses Antarctic krill oil, whose phospholipid carrier helps the body absorb fatty acids better than fish oil. The formula also balances omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids for the intended nutritional profile.

• Krill oil supplies both omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids.
• The phospholipid carrier is the stated mechanism behind the absorption comparison.

What other ingredients and quality details are included?

Hanzi Pets Tru-Krill includes added vitamin E alongside naturally occurring astaxanthin. Vitamin E plays a role in a dog’s muscle and circulatory systems, the body’s injury-healing processes, and antioxidant protection against free-radical cell damage.

• The product is gluten-free and contains no corn, wheat, or soy.
• Its contaminant guarantee covers industrial pollutants and toxins including mercury, PCBs, and heavy metals.
• The chews are savory and made in the USA in a cGMP-certified facility.

Hanzi Pets Tru-Krill is suited to dog owners looking for a savory soft chew with krill-derived omega fatty acids and a formula focused on coat support, while avoiding corn, wheat, and soy. Each supply contains 60 soft chews with Antarctic krill oil, astaxanthin, and vitamin E.
