Harness Lead No-Pull Dog Harness and Leash Set, Medium/Large Pink Cushioned Rope

Harness Lead is a one-piece no-pull dog harness and leash set designed to encourage calmer walks, in Medium/Large for dogs weighing 40–120 lb (18.1–54.4 kg).

• Resistance-based design — encourages a dog to slow its pace while walking.
• Chest-only adjustment — tightens around the chest rather than the neck or armpits.
• Escape-resistant slip-lead action — tightens if a dog tries to back out.
• Three size ranges and a 4–6 ft (1.2–1.8 m) lead — helps match the set to a dog’s weight and size.
• Handcrafted in the USA — created by a shelter volunteer with experience walking dogs of different sizes.

Pulling or backing out of a walking harness can make everyday walks harder to manage. Harness Lead is made for walks, training, and energetic dogs, using a one-piece cushioned rope design that responds to the dog’s own resistance. Its fit depends on correct adjustment, so the included detailed instructions explain how to position it.

How does Harness Lead help discourage pulling?

The lead uses a dog’s resistance to encourage a slower pace, while the harness gently tightens around the chest only. When correctly adjusted, it is designed not to rub beneath the front legs, and it does not tighten around the neck or armpits.

• One-piece harness and lead set in a cushioned rope design.
• Move the black stops into alignment with the front leg for the intended fit.
• Do not tie a dog out with the harness or use jerking, yanking, or corrective handling.

Which size fits my dog?

Choose the size by your dog’s weight: Small/Medium fits 14–40 lb (6.4–18.1 kg), Medium/Large fits 40–120 lb (18.1–54.4 kg), and Extra Large fits 120–200 lb (54.4–90.7 kg). The selected Medium/Large set is pink. Lead length ranges from 4–6 ft (1.2–1.8 m), depending on the dog’s size.

• Rope diameter: Small/Medium, 3/8 in (9.5 mm); Medium/Large, 7/16 in (11.1 mm); Extra Large, 1/2 in (12.7 mm).
• Not recommended for dogs under 6 months old.

What happens if a dog tries to back out?

If a dog attempts to back out, the lead tightens like a slip lead, helping the harness stay in place. This escape-resistant design is intended for energetic dogs and dogs in training; it is not chew-proof, so do not leave a dog unattended while wearing it.

• The design was developed by a shelter volunteer who saw a need for a safer way to manage pulling and escaping.
• Shelters, volunteers, dog trainers, and kennels use and value the Harness Lead design.

Harness Lead suits dog owners looking for a chest-adjusting walking set for a dog within the listed weight ranges, including energetic dogs and dogs in training. Its one-piece rope construction, adjustable fit, and resistance-responsive action make it a practical choice for supervised walks rather than tie-outs or unattended wear.
