Dogs may need diaper coverage during house training, incontinence, a female dog's heat cycle, recovery after surgery, excitable urination, or travel. Hartz Comfitables are made for these situations, with a unisex doggie denim design and a construction intended for comfortable wear. The diaper can also be adjusted to manage feces as well as urine, giving owners options for different needs.

What situations are Hartz Comfitables dog diapers made for?

They are intended for dogs that need help managing urination or feces in everyday and temporary situations. The design can suit puppies, adult dogs, and senior dogs, and the diapers are described for use with small, medium, and large dogs. Choose the Large version when that is the size you need; the product details do not give a waist measurement for comparing against an individual dog.

• Common uses include incontinence, puppy training, and females in heat.
• Other intended situations include surgery recovery, excitable urination, and travel.

How do the tabs and tail opening help with fit?

The diaper uses repositionable fastening tabs and an adjustable tail hole so the fit can be tailored to your dog. The tabs work like baby-diaper tabs and can be moved into position without attaching to fur. Its patented shape and elastic waist are part of the design for a secure, comfortable fit.

• Adjust the tail opening to suit your dog's tail.
• A narrower opening can help contain poop or diarrhea; a wider opening can allow feces to fall out when that is preferred.

How are dog diapers different from male wraps?

Hartz Comfitables are diapers for male or female dogs and can accommodate both urine and feces, depending on how the tail opening is adjusted. Male wraps, also called belly bands, are made specifically for male dogs and fasten around the waist to absorb urine.

• The diaper design is not limited to male dogs.
• Male wraps are a waist-fastened option for male dogs that absorbs urine.

Hartz Comfitables Large dog diapers suit owners looking for disposable coverage during training, travel, recovery, or other situations involving a dog's bladder or bowel needs. Their absorbent core, adjustable fit features, and adaptable tail opening support those uses in one diaper design for male and female dogs.
