HCY&WLD Double-Layer Cat Litter Mat, Khaki 24 x 18 in, Waterproof Non-Slip

The HCY&WLD Cat Litter Mat is a double-layer mat designed to catch loose litter from cats’ paws and help keep the area around the litter box cleaner.

• Large-diameter mesh surface — lets loose litter fall into the mat’s concealed layers.
• 24 x 18 in (61 x 46 cm) size — provides a defined surface in front of a litter box.
• EVA surface material that is BPA-free and odorless — gives cats a soft, lightweight surface.
• Waterproof, anti-slip bottom — helps keep litter-box mess and moisture from reaching the floor.
• Lift-to-collect design that can be rinsed with water — makes it possible to return collected litter to the box and clean the mat.

Litter carried out on a cat’s paws can spread beyond the litter box. This mat is made to sit by the box and collect loose particles as a cat steps across it, helping keep the surrounding indoor space cleaner. Its layered design also lets you gather reusable litter instead of simply sweeping it away.

How does the HCY&WLD Cat Litter Mat catch litter?

The large-diameter mesh surface allows litter that drops from a cat’s paws to pass into the concealed space between the mat’s two layers. The litter is held inside the mat until you lift it, so you can tip the collected litter back into the litter box. This design is intended to reduce litter spreading around the room.

• Two-layer construction captures fallen litter.
• Collected litter can be reused in the litter box.

Which size should I choose for my litter-box area?

This khaki version measures 24 x 18 inches (61 x 46 cm). HCY&WLD mats are also available in 30 x 22 inches (76 x 56 cm), 35 x 24 inches (89 x 61 cm), and 45 x 26 inches (114 x 66 cm). Measure the floor space where you plan to place the mat and compare it with the size you select.

• Four size options are available for different litter-box areas.
• The product title identifies this version as 24 x 18 inches.

How do I empty and clean the litter mat?

Lift the mat and pour the litter collected inside back into the litter box. If the mat gets dirty, wash it with water. The lift-and-empty design lets you collect litter for reuse while cleaning around the box.

• Empty the captured litter into the box.
• Rinse the mat with water when it needs cleaning.

What is the HCY&WLD Cat Litter Mat made of?

The surface layer is made from EVA and is described as non-toxic, odorless, and BPA-free. It is soft, lightweight, and elastic. The bottom uses waterproof, anti-slip materials to help keep the floor dry and the mat in place.

• Cats can also lie on the mat to rest.
• The surface can be used for claw grinding, an additional use intended to help relieve stress.

This mat suits cat owners who want to collect litter near the box, reuse what is caught, and rinse the mat with water when it gets dirty. It is also suited to cats that like to rest on a mat or grind their claws. Its double-layer litter-catching design and waterproof, anti-slip bottom make it a practical fit for the area around a litter box.
