HDE Dog Raincoat with Hood, Safe Orange XL, Water-Resistant with Harness Access

The HDE Dog Raincoat with Hood is a water-resistant polyester jacket designed to help keep dogs comfortable and dry on rainy walks, with a harness opening for attaching a leash without removing the coat.

• 100% polyester with a water-resistant coating — helps keep your dog comfortable and dry in wet weather.
• Harness opening — lets you connect a leash to your dog’s harness while the coat stays on.
• Reflective material — adds visibility during dreary days, nighttime walks, and poor-visibility conditions.
• Adjustable belly strap — secures the coat and allows adjustment for a comfortable fit on most dogs.
• Four length options from Small to X-Large — choose by your dog’s coat length measurement.

Wet-weather walks can be more comfortable when a dog has a layer designed for rain and a way to wear a harness underneath. This hooded HDE jacket brings water resistance, reflective details, and a leash-access opening together in one coat. The Safe Orange XL is made for dogs whose coat length matches the X-Large measurement; compare your dog’s length and girth with the sizing information before choosing a size.

How do you attach a leash while the raincoat is on?

Feed the leash connection through the coat’s harness opening and attach it to your dog’s harness. This gives you access to the harness without taking the jacket off, so the coat can remain in place when heading out for a rainy walk.

• The opening is designed for access to a harness worn under the coat.
• Attach the leash to the harness, rather than relying on the raincoat as the leash connection.

How should I choose the right size?

Choose by the stated coat-length measurement, taken from the base of the hood to the longest point of the coat. Small fits pets measuring 12.5 in (31.75 cm), Medium fits 15.5 in (39.37 cm), Large fits 22.5 in (57.15 cm), and X-Large fits 25.5 in (64.77 cm).

The Safe Orange option in this product title is X-Large. Measure your dog’s length and compare it with the coat measurement; also check your dog’s girth against the size chart because the belly strap adjusts for fit.

• Length is measured from the hood base to the coat’s longest point.
• The adjustable belly strap is intended to fit most dogs.

What features help on low-visibility walks?

Reflective material helps make the dog more visible in dim or poor-visibility conditions. The coat is made from 100% polyester with a water-resistant coating, making it a rainwear layer for walks in wet weather.

The hood is part of the coat, and the leash opening allows harness access while the jacket is worn. These features support a practical walking setup without requiring the coat to be removed to reach the harness.

• Reflective material is intended for dreary days, nighttime, and poor visibility.
• The fabric has a water-resistant coating; the coat is not described as waterproof.

This raincoat suits dog owners looking for a hooded, water-resistant layer with reflective material and harness access for walks in wet weather. The Safe Orange XL is a fit choice for dogs whose measured coat length corresponds to 25.5 in (64.77 cm), with girth checked against the size chart.
