HDE Hooded Dog Raincoat, Dino S Small, Reflective with Harness Opening

The HDE Dino S dog raincoat is a hooded, water-resistant jacket for rainy walks, made from 100% polyester with a harness opening for leash access.

• Water-resistant coating — helps keep your dog comfortable and dry in wet weather.
• Reflective material — helps make your dog more visible on dreary days, at night, or in poor visibility.
• Adjustable belly strap — secures the coat for a comfortable fit on most dogs.
• Harness opening — lets you attach a leash to a harness without removing the jacket.
• Four coat lengths — sizes run from Small to X-Large to help match the jacket to your dog.

Rain can make a walk less comfortable, while a coat can get in the way of attaching a leash to a harness. The HDE raincoat is made for dogs heading out in wet or low-visibility conditions, with a water-resistant coating and an opening that gives access to a harness underneath. Its reflective material is intended to help keep your pet visible when the weather is dreary, after dark, or visibility is poor. The Dino S is the Small size in this hooded dog jacket range.

How do I choose the right size?

Choose by your dog’s coat length: Small fits 12.5 in (31.75 cm), Medium fits 15.5 in (39.37 cm), Large fits 22.5 in (57.15 cm), and X-Large fits 25.5 in (64.77 cm). These measurements run from the base of the hood to the coat’s longest point. The Dino S is the Small option, with a listed coat length of 12.5 inches. Check your dog’s girth against the size chart before choosing, as the adjustable belly strap is designed to fit most dogs.

• Length is measured from the base of the hood to the longest point of the coat.
• Compare girth with the size chart as well as checking the listed coat length.

Can I attach a leash while the jacket is on?

Yes, the harness opening gives you access to your dog’s harness while the coat stays on. Attach the leash to the harness through the opening, so you do not need to take off the jacket to connect the leash. This is useful for walks where your dog wears a harness beneath the raincoat.

• The opening is for access to a harness worn under the coat.
• The jacket has an adjustable belly strap to secure it around your dog.

What weather and visibility is this raincoat made for?

The HDE dog raincoat is water-resistant, not described as waterproof. Its 100% polyester fabric has a water-resistant coating to help keep your pet comfortable and dry, while reflective material helps with visibility in poor conditions. The hood is part of the coat, making this a hooded option for walks in wet weather.

The HDE Dino S suits dog owners looking for a hooded, water-resistant coat with reflective material and harness access for rainy walks. Choose it by comparing your dog’s length and girth with the sizing guidance; the Small coat measures 12.5 inches from the base of the hood to its longest point.
