Heeyoo Foldable Dog Car Stairs, 5-Step Carpet Steps, 113 kg Capacity

Heeyoo foldable 5-step dog car stairs provide a carpeted route into SUVs, trucks and high beds, with a 250 lb (113.4 kg) capacity.

• Carpet treads grip up to 3x more in rain and snow than slippery plastic — helping dogs find traction as they climb.
• A stainless steel carabiner clips to the trunk latch — helping keep the stairs from shifting.
• Accordion-style steps adjust between a gentler and steeper slope — to suit different vehicle heights.
• Folds to 17 x 13 x 5 in (43.18 x 33.02 x 12.7 cm) and weighs 15 lb (6.8 kg) — for carrying or stowing in a trunk, backseat or closet.
• Rubber-wrapped handles and tool-free angle locking — for carrying the stairs and setting their position without tools.

Getting into a tall vehicle can mean a big jump for a dog or lifting a dog weighing 50–100 lb (22.7–45.4 kg) for its owner. Heeyoo stairs are made to replace that jump with a gradual climb, supporting easier access for large and senior dogs while reducing the need to lift them. Use them at an SUV or truck trunk, or beside a high bed where the stairs can be positioned securely.

How do the steps adjust for different vehicle heights?

Pull the accordion-style stairs open for a lower, gentler slope suited to high SUVs and trucks, or push them in for steeper, higher steps suited to sedans and beds. The angle locks without tools, so you can set the configuration for the access point before your dog climbs. Carpeted treads provide grip along the steps; the stated grip comparison is against slippery plastic in rainy or snowy conditions.

• Choose the extended position for a gentler incline.
• Compress the accordion frame for a steeper step arrangement.
• Set and lock the angle by hand, without tools.

Will these dog stairs fit my vehicle door?

They are designed mainly for trunk and cargo-area access. They fit many side and rear doors only when the opening is wider than 17 in (43.18 cm), so measure the clear door opening before choosing that placement. A stainless steel carabiner clips to the trunk latch to help hold the stairs in position during use.

• Primary placement: trunk or cargo area.
• For a side or rear door, allow more than 17 in (43.18 cm) of opening clearance.
• Use the carabiner at the trunk latch to help prevent shifting.

How do the stairs fold and carry?

The accordion design folds down to 17 x 13 x 5 in (43.18 x 33.02 x 12.7 cm) for storage in a trunk, backseat or closet. At 15 lb (6.8 kg), the folded stairs can be carried by their handles, which have rubber wrapping intended to protect vehicle paint. Check the pivot bolts periodically.

• Folded footprint: 17 x 13 x 5 in (43.18 x 33.02 x 12.7 cm).
• Carry weight: 15 lb (6.8 kg).
• Periodic pivot-bolt checks are part of ongoing use.

These stairs suit people helping a large or senior dog reach an SUV, truck, sedan or high bed without relying on a high jump or lifting the dog into place. They are especially useful for trunk access, with side-door use dependent on having more than 17 in (43.18 cm) of clearance. Their five carpeted steps, adjustable accordion slope and 250 lb (113.4 kg) capacity provide a defined climbing route for vehicle and bed access.
