Getting into a vehicle can be a high step for a dog. These portable stairs are made to help dogs reach a car, SUV or truck through a trunk or side-door entry, with an adjustable height to suit the vehicle. Measure the vehicle from the ground to the entry point before choosing the stairs, and compare the side-door opening with the clearance requirement.

Will these dog stairs fit my car or SUV?

They adjust to a height between 17 and 28 inches, so you can set them to suit the measured height of your vehicle’s trunk or side door. Measure from the ground to the entry point before purchasing. For side-door use, the opening needs to be larger than 17 inches (43.2 cm).

• Suitable for access to cars, SUVs and trucks.
• Vehicle height and side-door opening are the key fit measurements.

Can the stairs support a large dog and stay in place?

Heeyoo’s metal dog stairs support dogs weighing up to 200 lb and weigh 15 lb themselves. The rubber-coated surface is designed to provide traction as a dog uses the steps, while a stainless steel carabiner tether adds a safety connection.

• The stated maximum dog weight is 200 lb.
• Use the carabiner tether as an additional safety measure when setting up the stairs.

Are the dog stairs easy to carry and store?

Yes. The six-step unit folds into a compact form for carrying and storing in a car, making it practical to bring along when travelling with your dog. Set the stairs to the required vehicle-entry height before use.

• Foldable design supports transport and storage.
• Adjustable height range: 17–28 inches.

These stairs suit dog owners who want a portable, adjustable way to help a dog reach a vehicle, including larger dogs within the stated weight capacity. Measure the ground-to-entry height and, for side-door access, confirm the opening is wider than 17 inches. Their six-step, foldable design and stated 200 lb capacity make them a vehicle-access option for cars, SUVs and trucks.
