HikeSeptPals Dog Car Seat Cover, Hard-Bottom Hammock, 181 kg Waterproof Support

HikeSeptPals is a hard-bottom dog car seat cover that extends the rear-seat area for dogs, with a reinforced support board rated to hold up to 400 lbs.

• 600D Oxford fabric with a waterproof layer — helps shield the back seat from moisture and everyday mess.
• Coverage for the rear seating area and both door sides — creates a more enclosed space for your dog.
• Non-slip rubber dots on the bottom — help limit sliding across the seat.
• A mesh window and three large storage pockets — provide a view between the front and back and room for dog essentials.
• Adjustable straps for most cars and SUVs — allow tool-free setup and folding storage.
• Wipe-clean or machine-washable construction — gives you two ways to clean the cover.

Dogs can use up back-seat room quickly, especially when they need space to stretch or when more than one dog is riding along. HikeSeptPals is made to cover the rear seating space and create an extended platform for car trips, vet visits and weekend outings, while helping protect the vehicle’s seating from fur, slobber and paw scratches.

How much room and support does the hard-bottom hammock provide?

The reinforced support board holds up to 400 lbs and helps prevent the cover from sagging, giving dogs more usable back-seat space to walk around or stretch their limbs. The extended design is intended to address limited room in many standard back seats and can suit larger breeds or households travelling with multiple dogs. Its hammock-style coverage surrounds the seating area rather than leaving the back seat as the only usable surface.

• The support board is the load-bearing base of the extender.
• The expanded area is designed for dogs to move and stretch during a ride.

What areas does the cover protect, and how does it help keep a dog in place?

The cover extends across the back-seat area and surrounds the front and rear seating sections, the seat bottom and both door sides. Rubber dots on the underside help the cover grip the seat and reduce sliding as a dog shifts position. This full-area arrangement is designed to help limit the chance of an active dog slipping off the back seat, including during sudden braking.

• Coverage includes the seat and the sides of both doors.
• The rubber-dot underside adds traction between the cover and the seat.

What is the cover made of, and how can it be cleaned?

HikeSeptPals uses 600D Oxford fabric with a waterproof layer to help protect the back seat from moisture, stains, hair and slobber. The fabric is also designed to resist tears and scratches from claws. For routine cleanup, wipe the cover down or machine wash it.

• Waterproof-layer construction helps keep moisture from reaching the seat.
• Wiping and machine washing are both stated cleaning options.

How does installation work, and what features help during a trip?

Adjustable straps secure the cover without tools, and it is designed to fit most cars and SUVs. It folds when it is not in use, making it easier to put away between trips. A mesh window connects the front and rear areas visually and is intended to support interaction with your dog and reduce travel anxiety; three large pockets provide space for toys and treats.

• Tool-free setup takes seconds.
• The mesh window uses wider webbing for increased breathability.
• HikeSeptPals includes a two-year warranty.

HikeSeptPals is best suited to dog owners who want an extended, supported back-seat area for larger dogs or multiple dogs, along with coverage for seat surfaces and door sides. Its 400 lb-rated support board, waterproof-layer fabric and adjustable, foldable design bring those needs together in one car seat cover.
