Hompet Cat Litter Mat 2-Pack, 18 x 54 in Washable Absorbent Floor Protector

Hompet Cat Litter Mat is a two-mat set designed to catch tracked litter and help protect floors around the litter box, with each machine-washable mat measuring 18 x 54 in (45.7 x 137.2 cm).

• Textured top — helps lift loose litter from paws so it can be shaken off.
• Four-layer construction — combines a soft top, absorbent core and waterproof barrier.
• Absorbent core — helps hold moisture and reduce odors from litter box misses.
• Machine washable for 300+ washes — supports repeated use and cleaning.
• Anti-slip backing — grips tile, wood and laminate floors.

A litter box area can collect scattered litter and occasional liquid, particularly in multi-cat homes or busy spots. Hompet’s extra-long mat creates a wider landing area outside the box, helping catch loose litter before it spreads across the floor. Its soft quilted fabric is made for cats to step on comfortably, while the washable design makes regular cleanup part of its use.

How much space does the Hompet Cat Litter Mat cover?

Each mat measures 18 x 54 in (45.7 x 137.2 cm), giving it a long footprint alongside or in front of a litter box. The two-mat set can also make it easier to keep a clean mat available while the other is being washed. The extra-large coverage is intended for wider litter areas, including high-traffic spaces and multi-cat households.

• Use the 18 x 54 in (45.7 x 137.2 cm) measurement to compare the mat with the floor area around your litter box.
• The set contains two mats for wash rotation.

How does the mat catch litter and help contain spills?

The textured surface helps lift loose litter from your cat’s paws as they leave the box, leaving litter on top for a quick shake-off rather than deep inside grooves or honeycomb pockets. Its four-layer construction has a soft top layer, an extra-heavy absorbency core and a 100% waterproof barrier. The core helps lock in moisture and reduce odors, while the barrier helps prevent liquid or urine from seeping through to the floor.

• Shake loose litter from the surface before washing.
• The soft quilted fabric is made to feel gentle under sensitive paws.

How do you clean the Hompet Cat Litter Mat, and will it stay in place?

The mat is machine washable and designed to handle 300+ washes without losing performance. Shake off surface litter, then machine wash and reuse. An anti-slip backing grips tile, wood or laminate to help keep the mat positioned around the litter box during everyday use.

• Washing the mat once before first use can help it relax and lie flat.
• Temporary folds from packaging can fade after a few days of regular use; folding the mat in the opposite direction or placing a heavy object on it can help it flatten sooner.

Can the mat be used beyond the litter box?

Yes. Hompet’s mat can also serve as a feeding mat, crate liner or pet resting area, so the same washable surface can be used in different parts of a pet’s routine. Its design is intended to blend into the home while giving cats a soft, quilted place to step or rest.

• Suitable for use around feeding areas, in a crate or as a pet resting spot.
• The two-mat format supports rotation when one mat is being cleaned.

Hompet Cat Litter Mat suits cat owners who want broad floor coverage around a litter box, especially in multi-cat or high-traffic areas, and who value a reusable mat that can also serve other pet spaces. Each 18 x 54 in (45.7 x 137.2 cm) mat combines a litter-catching surface, absorbent core and waterproof barrier in a machine-washable design.
