Hompet Cat Litter Mat 2 Pack, 72x72 Large Machine-Washable Waterproof Mats

Hompet Cat Litter Mat 2 Pack is a large, reusable mat designed to catch litter and help protect floors around the litter box, with 72x72 coverage per mat.

• Four-layer construction with a 100% waterproof barrier — helps keep liquid from seeping through to the floor.
• Textured top surface — helps lift loose litter from paws for quick shake-off.
• Machine washable and built for 300+ washes — gives you a reusable option for regular cleanup.
• Non-slip backing — helps the mat grip tile, wood, and laminate flooring.
• Two mats in each pack — makes it easier to rotate one while the other is being washed.

Litter scattered around a box can spread beyond the immediate area, especially in busy litter zones and multi-cat homes. Hompet’s large-format mats create a wider landing area for cats as they leave the box, while the absorbent construction is made to handle moisture from litter box misses as well as loose litter.

How does the mat help catch litter and protect floors?

The textured surface helps remove loose litter from your cat’s paws as they step across it, leaving debris on top for easy shake-off rather than deep inside grooves or honeycomb channels. Its four layers combine a soft top, an extra-heavy absorbency core, and a waterproof barrier to help contain moisture. The core helps lock in moisture and reduce odors, while the barrier helps prevent urine from passing through.

• Quilted fabric creates a soft surface for sensitive paws.
• The surface is designed for debris to be shaken off before washing.

How do you clean and use the Hompet Cat Litter Mat?

Shake loose litter from the surface, then machine wash the mat when it needs cleaning. The mats can also serve as feeding mats, crate liners, or pet resting areas, so their use is not limited to the litter box.

• For a faster first flattening, fold the mat in the opposite direction or place a heavy object on it.
• Washing before first use can help relax packaging folds; creases are expected to fade within a few days of regular use.

Will the mat stay in place around my litter box?

The anti-slip backing is made to grip tile, wood, and laminate floors, helping hold the mat in position in the litter area. Its soft quilted fabric provides a comfortable surface for everyday paw contact.

• Measure your available floor area against the 72x72 size before choosing where to place each mat.
• The two-piece set can be used for separate litter areas or for a wash-and-rotation routine.
