Hompet Cat Litter Mats, 2 Pack, 18 x 28 in, Washable and Waterproof

Hompet Cat Litter Mats are a washable two-pack designed to catch tracked litter and help protect floors, with a 4-layer absorbent construction and a 100% waterproof barrier.

• Two mats, each 18 x 28 in (46 x 71 cm) — make a clean zone around a litter box or keep one mat ready while the other is washed.
• Textured litter-catching surface — helps lift loose litter from paws for quick shake-off.
• Four-layer construction with an absorbent core and waterproof barrier — helps hold moisture and keep liquid from seeping through.
• Machine washable and built for 300+ washes — clean and reuse the mats.
• Anti-slip backing — grips tile, wood, and laminate floors.
• Soft quilted fabric — offers a gentle surface for cats’ paws.

These compact mats are made for smaller litter areas where you want to reduce litter tracking without covering too much floor. Place one by the litter box to catch loose litter as your cat steps out, or use the pair to make washing rotation easier. Their absorbent, waterproof layers also help guard against litter box misses.

How do the Hompet mats catch litter?

The textured surface helps lift loose litter from your cat’s paws, leaving it on top for easy shake-off. Unlike groove or honeycomb designs that hold debris deep inside, the surface is made for a quick dump-and-clean routine. Machine wash the mat and reuse it; the construction is designed to handle 300+ washes without losing performance.

• Shake loose litter from the surface between washes.
• Use machine washing to clean and reuse.

Will the mats help protect floors from urine?

Yes, the four-layer system combines a soft top layer, an extra-heavy absorbency core, and a 100% waterproof barrier. The core helps lock in moisture and reduce odors, while the barrier helps prevent liquid and urine from seeping through to the floor. The backing grips tile, wood, and laminate, helping the mat stay in place around the litter box.

• Absorbent core helps hold moisture.
• Waterproof barrier helps protect floors from litter box misses.

What else can I use a Hompet litter mat for?

Beyond the litter area, these mats can also serve as a feeding mat, crate liner, or pet resting area. The soft quilted fabric is gentle on sensitive paws, and the two-mat set lets you keep one clean mat available while the other is being washed. Their 18 x 28 in size is intended for smaller spaces.

• Use around a litter box, feeding area, or inside a crate.
• New mats may arrive with folds from packaging; creases naturally fade within a few days of regular use.
• To help a mat flatten sooner, fold it in the opposite direction, place a heavy object on it, or wash it before first use.

Hompet Cat Litter Mats suit cat owners who want a compact, reusable surface for catching litter and helping shield floors around a litter box. They can also be used for feeding, crating, or a pet resting spot. The two washable mats combine a textured litter-catching top with an absorbent core and waterproof backing.
