Hompet Cat Litter Mats, 2-Pack 54 x 54, Washable and Waterproof

Hompet Cat Litter Mat is a reusable, machine-washable mat designed to trap cat litter and help protect floors, with 54 x 54 coverage and a four-layer waterproof construction.

• Two mats in the set — rotate one while the other is being washed.
• Textured surface — catches loose litter on top for quick shaking instead of trapping it deep in grooves.
• Absorbent core and waterproof barrier — help contain moisture from litter box misses.
• Quilted fabric and anti-slip backing — provide a soft surface that grips tile, wood, or laminate floors.
• Designed to handle 300+ washes — use, wash, and reuse as part of regular litter-area cleanup.

Scattered litter around a box can spread through busy areas of the home, especially in multi-cat households. Hompet’s wide mat creates a landing area for paws as cats leave the litter box, while its absorbent construction offers added floor protection where liquid misses may occur.

How does the mat help reduce tracked litter?

The textured surface helps lift loose litter from a cat’s paws, leaving the particles on the mat for easy shake-off. Unlike groove or honeycomb styles that hold debris deep inside, this surface is designed to make litter removal straightforward. Shake off the collected litter, then machine wash the mat when it needs cleaning.

• Made for litter-box areas with frequent foot traffic.
• Suitable for multi-cat households that need a wider clean zone.

Does it help protect floors from urine and moisture?

Yes. Its four-layer construction combines a soft top layer, an extra-heavy absorbency core, and a 100% waterproof barrier to help prevent liquid from seeping through. The core helps lock in moisture and reduce odors, while the barrier helps protect the floor from litter box misses.

• The backing is designed to grip tile, wood, and laminate.
• The quilted fabric offers a gentle-feeling surface for sensitive paws.

How can the mats be used and cared for?

Use them around a litter box, or repurpose them as a feeding mat, crate liner, or pet resting area. The two-mat set makes it possible to wash one while keeping the other available. Hompet mats are machine washable and designed for repeated cleaning.

• If folds are visible after unpacking, they are expected to relax with regular use over a few days.
• To help a mat flatten sooner, fold it in the opposite direction, place a heavy object on it, or wash it before first use.

Hompet Cat Litter Mats suit cat owners who want a larger litter-area surface, washable cleanup, and a reusable mat for other pet spaces. Their 54 x 54 coverage, absorbent core, and waterproof barrier make them a practical fit for managing tracked litter and moisture around the home.
