Hompet Large Cat Litter Mat 2-Pack, 18 x 54 in, Waterproof and Machine Washable

Hompet Cat Litter Mat is a reusable mat designed to catch tracked litter and help protect floors, with an 18 x 54 in (45.7 x 137.2 cm) size and a four-layer waterproof construction.

• Two mats in each pack — rotate one while the other is being washed.
• Textured top surface — catches loose litter where it can be shaken off.
• Four-layer construction with an absorbency core and waterproof barrier — helps contain moisture and protect the floor.
• Machine washable and built for 300+ washes — clean and reuse the mat.
• Anti-slip backing for tile, wood, and laminate — helps hold the mat in place.

Litter scattered around a box can spread across a busy floor, especially in multi-cat homes or high-traffic litter areas. Hompet’s large-format mats create a wider area for catching litter as cats leave the box, while the washable design supports regular cleaning and reuse.

How does the Hompet Cat Litter Mat catch litter and protect floors?

The textured surface helps lift loose litter from cats’ paws, and the litter remains on the surface for easy shake-off rather than settling deep inside grooves or honeycomb pockets. Four layers combine a soft top layer, an extra-heavy absorbency core, and a 100% waterproof barrier. The core helps lock in moisture and reduce odors, while the barrier helps prevent liquid and urine from seeping through.

• Shake loose litter from the surface for quick cleanup.
• Use the waterproof barrier to help protect against litter-box misses.
• The quilted fabric feels soft under sensitive paws.

How large is each mat, and what floors does it suit?

Each Hompet mat measures 18 x 54 in (45.7 x 137.2 cm), giving the litter area a long, broad coverage zone. Its anti-slip backing grips tile, wood, and laminate floors to help keep the mat in place. The size is suited to multi-cat households and high-traffic areas around a litter box.

• Two mats are included for a washing rotation.
• Compare the 18 x 54 in footprint with the available floor space around your litter box.

How do you clean and reuse the mats?

Shake off loose litter, then machine wash the mat and reuse it; the design is made to handle 300+ washes without losing performance. The two-pack lets you keep one mat in use while the other is being washed. On arrival, packaging may leave folds in the fabric. They naturally relax within a few days of regular use; folding the mat in the opposite direction, placing a heavy object on it, or washing it before first use can help it lie flat sooner.

• Machine washable for repeat use.
• Opposite-direction folding, a heavy object, or a first wash can help reduce creases.

Hompet Cat Litter Mats suit cat owners looking for broad litter-area coverage, a washable surface, and a waterproof barrier, including households with several cats or busy litter zones. They can also serve as a feeding mat, crate liner, or pet resting area. Each mat combines a textured litter-catching surface with a waterproof, non-slip base.
