IDOMIK Soft Dog Recovery Collar, Waterproof Donut Cone for Post-Surgery Protection

IDOMIK Dog Recovery Collar is a soft, adjustable recovery cone designed to help keep dogs and cats from biting, scratching or licking incisions and wounds, with a water-resistant fabric exterior and microfiber cotton filling.

• Soft, cushioned donut design — offers an alternative to a traditional plastic Elizabethan collar.
• Designed to limit access to incisions and wounds — helps discourage biting, scratching and licking.
• Flexible, lightweight, water-resistant fabric — allows outside water droplets to be wiped from the surface.
• Microfiber cotton filling — cushions the neck and can support the head while a pet sleeps.
• Adjustable neck-and-head fit — the cord can be tightened to suit your pet without making the collar too tight.
• Six size options, from S to 3XL — ring counts vary by size to accommodate different breeds of dogs and cats.

After surgery or an injury, pets may try to reach an incision or wound with their mouths or paws. This soft recovery collar is made to help limit that access while remaining a cushioned alternative to a rigid plastic cone. Its shape is designed to leave a pet’s vision unobstructed, so familiar activities such as drinking, sleeping and playing remain possible while wearing it.

What is the IDOMIK recovery collar designed to do?

It is designed to help prevent pets from biting, scratching or licking an incision after surgery or a wound. The soft donut shape sits around the neck rather than forming a rigid plastic barrier in front of the face. It does not obstruct the pet’s vision, and the collar is designed to let pets drink, sleep and play as usual.

• Made for post-surgery and wound recovery use.
• Provides a soft alternative to a plastic Elizabethan collar.

What is the collar made of, and how does it handle water?

The collar has a flexible fabric exterior and a fluffy microfiber cotton filling. The fabric is lightweight and water-resistant; droplets on its outer surface can be removed easily. It is designed not to fade or stick to pet hair, and the soft filling can cushion a pet’s head and neck during sleep.

• The collar makes no noise when worn.
• Its padded shape can also serve as a pillow for the pet’s head and neck.

How do I adjust the fit and keep the collar in place?

Adjust the collar using its cord to suit your pet’s head and neck, keeping the fit comfortable rather than tight. Position the strap behind the pet’s neck to reduce access to the rope. To help prevent the recovery donut from loosening, tie a knot in the rope near the rope buckle.

• S, M and L sizes have two circular rings.
• XL and 2XL sizes have three circular rings; 3XL has four.

Which pets and sizes is this recovery collar for?

IDOMIK offers six sizes, from S through 3XL, for different breeds of dogs and cats. The adjustable design is intended to accommodate differences in a pet’s head and neck, so choose a size that allows a comfortable fit without tightening the collar excessively.

• Size range: S, M, L, XL, 2XL and 3XL.
• Ring configuration increases across the size range, with four rings on 3XL.

This collar is suited to pet owners looking for a cushioned recovery option to help limit wound access while allowing familiar daily activities. Its adjustable cord, soft microfiber cotton filling and water-resistant fabric make it a soft recovery cone for dogs and cats.
