Kigley Pet Deterrent Mat for Couch, Khaki 72 × 56.3 in, Foldable Non-Electric Cover

Kigley Pet Deterrent Mat is a khaki, one-piece furniture cover designed to discourage dogs from getting on the couch, measuring 72 × 56.3 × 0.04 inches (183 × 143 × 0.1 cm) with an aluminum-film layer that rustles on contact.

• Large furniture-covering size — provides coverage across different types of furniture.
• Aluminum-film layer — creates a rustling sound and an unpleasant surface feel for pets.
• Aluminum and soft non-woven material — combines the film layer with a soft fabric-like backing.
• Non-electric, foldable design with no sharp edges — creates a physical boundary without powered components.
• Khaki color — blends more quietly with home furnishings.
• One mat — provides a single cover for furniture protection.

Pets can dirty, mark or interfere with furniture when they climb onto it. This mat is made to place over a couch or other furniture as a deterrent, helping establish a boundary while protecting the surface. Its sound and feel may discourage pets, though some pets may not mind them; the mat can also serve as a barrier against water or urine.

How does the Kigley mat discourage pets from climbing on furniture?

The mat’s aluminum-film lining rustles when a pet touches it, and the surface creates a feel many pets dislike. Together, these sensory cues are intended to discourage couch contact without causing physical harm. The mat is non-electric, so the deterrent comes from contact with the material rather than a powered mechanism.

• Creates a painless boundary on furniture.
• Some pets may not be bothered by the sound or feel.

Will the Kigley mat cover my couch or other furniture?

The mat measures 72 × 56.3 × 0.04 inches (183 × 143 × 0.1 cm), providing broad coverage for different types of furniture. Compare its length and width with the surface you want to cover to gauge the fit. Its khaki color is intended to sit inconspicuously in a home setting.

• Suitable for use over furniture as a protective cover.
• Can act as a water or urine barrier when a pet is not deterred by the sensory surface.

What is the Kigley mat made of, and how is it designed for regular use?

The mat combines aluminum with soft non-woven material and has an aluminum-film lining. The materials are described as wear-resistant for repeated pet interactions, while the mat’s foldable construction makes it possible to fold it when not laid over furniture. It has no sharp edges and is free from harmful substances.

• One khaki mat is included.
• No electricity is needed for use.

The Kigley Pet Deterrent Mat suits pet owners who want a broad, foldable cover to help keep dogs off a couch or protect furniture from dirt, marking, water or urine. Its contact-based deterrent relies on sound and surface feel, so it also serves as a barrier when those cues do not bother a particular pet.
