This compact betta tank is made for shoppers looking for a simple aquarium setup with built-in lighting and straightforward controls. Its hexagonal shape and clear body make the fish visible from the sides, while the integrated timer lets you set a repeating light cycle without manually switching the light off each day.

What lighting and timer settings does the BettaTank offer?

The LED light has seven color choices: daylight white, blue, green, amber, aqua, purple, and red. Select a 2-hour, 4-hour, or continuous-on setting with the switch. The timer starts when you choose a setting and turn on the light, then switches it off according to the selected duration and repeats that cycle at the same time each day.

• Choose from seven LED colors for the tank’s lighting.
• Set a daily 2-hour or 4-hour light cycle, or select continuous on.

What is the tank made of?

The BettaTank is made from impact-resistant plastic with crystal-clear clarity and a one-piece construction. Unlike glass tanks joined with silicone, its body has no silicone-glued seams, addressing concerns about possible leaks at those joints.

• One-piece tank construction.
• Clear plastic viewing area.

How much space does the tank need, and what comes with it?

The tank measures 7.8 inches long by 7.8 inches wide by 8 inches high (19.8 × 19.8 × 20.3 cm). It includes the LED light and built-in timer. Decorations and gravel are not included, so plan the aquarium setup around the tank’s interior space.

• Dimensions: 7.8 in L × 7.8 in W × 8 in H (19.8 × 19.8 × 20.3 cm).
• Decorations and gravel are sold separately.

How is the light powered, and how should the lid fit?

The LED light requires 2 AA batteries, which are not included; an optional 5V power adapter, model AQ51000, can power the light from an electrical outlet. The lid is designed to sit loosely rather than seal snugly, because a tight fit can create a vacuum.

• Power choices for the light: 2 AA batteries or the optional 5V adapter.
• The lid is intended to fit loose.

The Koller Products BettaTank suits betta owners who want a one-gallon aquarium with built-in, scheduled LED lighting and an easy-to-set-up, easy-to-maintain design. Its defined footprint, loose-fitting lid, and choice of battery or optional outlet power make the setup details clear before you place it.
