KONG Dog Walking Harness with Waste Bag Dispenser, Medium Pink, Collapsible Handle

The KONG Ultra Durable Waste Bag Harness is a medium dog walking harness designed to give you added control outdoors, with a built-in waste bag dispenser and a collapsible handle.

• Collapsible handle — gives you an additional point of control on walks.
• Neoprene-lined handle and chest plate — adds a soft lining where the harness contacts you and your dog.
• Front and back D-rings — let you choose where to attach the leash.
• Four adjustable points — help you adjust the harness around your dog.
• Reflective piping across the top — adds a reflective detail to the harness.

For walks with active dogs, this harness combines leash attachment options with a handle for hands-on control. Its waste bag dispenser keeps a dispenser with the walking setup, while the adjustable design lets you tailor the fit. Measure your dog’s chest before choosing the Medium size.

Will the Medium fit my dog?

The Medium fits a chest measurement of 20–27 in (50.8–68.6 cm), and its harness width is 7/8 in (2.2 cm). Measure around your dog’s chest and compare that measurement with this range to choose the size. The four adjustment points help tailor the fit within the Medium range.

• Medium chest range: 20–27 in (50.8–68.6 cm).
• Harness width: 7/8 in (2.2 cm).

How does the harness help with control on walks?

The collapsible handle gives you an added way to guide your dog while walking. Neoprene lines the handle and chest plate for comfort, and you can attach a leash to either the front or back D-ring depending on your preferred leash position.

• Four adjustable points let you make fit adjustments.
• Metal buckles and D-ring hardware are used on the harness.

Does the KONG harness include a waste bag dispenser?

Yes, the KONG Ultra Durable Waste Bag Harness comes with a waste bag dispenser. It is designed for outdoor walks and active dogs, so the dispenser is part of the harness setup rather than a separate walking accessory.

• Reflective piping is positioned along the top of the harness.
• The product is a harness with a dispenser, not a chew toy.

Is this harness chew resistant?

No. The KONG Ultra Durable Waste Bag Harness is intended for walking, not chewing; “ultra durable” does not mean chew resistant. Keep your dog supervised whenever the harness is in use.

• Do not leave your dog unattended while wearing the harness.

This medium harness suits active dogs whose chest measures within the 20–27 in range and people who want leash attachment options, a control handle, and a waste bag dispenser for walks. Its adjustable points, front and back D-rings, and included dispenser make it a walking harness with practical control and cleanup features.
